Part of a larger house, Frankie & Hugh's is a renovated, self-contained apartment situated in Ohakune, just a 20-minute drive from the Turoa ski field on Mount Ruapehu. A beautiful mountain stream runs through the B&B gardens, and you can often hear the calls of native birds The 3 bedrooms have quality linen and there is a well-appointed small kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and shower and a living area with a fireplace. There are many activities in the nearby region, including Tongariro Crossing, cycling the Old Coach Road trail, or jet-boating or kayaking down the Whanganui River. Bicycle hire is available within a short walk of the property. Waimarino Golf Club is a 7-mnute drive away.

such a lovely place. We quite enjoyed the stay, it is cosy and warm, hope we could stay longer. Scooter the cat and Coco the lab are lovely too.
