"Room could use some TLC. We travel extensively, my wife always pulls off all the bed linen to check for bedbugs, she found a lot of undetermined debris on one beds pillowtop mattress. I took some to the clerk on duty because I wasn't sure if it was bedbug poop. Clerk said it wasn't and that it looked like concrete and they had some construction workers in lately. Didn't look like bedbug droppings to me either. Luckily, we had no issues that night. I just know that when they change linens, someone had to see all the debris and cannot figure why it wouldn't have been vacuumed off of the mattress."

"While the personal were pleasant and accommodating, they were limited by not having an engineer 24/7. We actually...after a very long day...had to change rooms THREE times. Various reasons from burned out light bulbs to broken toliet. I actually personally repaired the one in our third room at 1:30 am because I was up anyway from the incessant beeping of the room telephone! (You can't make this stuff up!). The front desk suggested I put phone out in the hall. Because the battery cover was stuck and I was unable to remove, I put it out in the hall. Needless to say after all of that I did not get much sleep which was why I was there in the first place! Also, it would have been nice to have had a list of the tv channels. BTW there were some complications with the tv in the third room which were resolved. So, that is why I gave the low rating and am not sure I would want to stay there again. This was at your Franklin, Tennessee location on August 26 and 27. Gail Laws 662-574-1259"
