This is my second time here and i am still perplexed as to why this hotel have not been given 10 points (they sure get that from me). I love everything about the hotel. 5min drive to legoland (if u want to roam the jb town, it will take about 20 to 30mins drive) so locationwise it is perfect for me. But u need a car to roam around town. If u dont hv a car, fret not cuz eateries n shops are within walking distance (about 5 to 10min walk). The hotel serves amazing food too (but normal hotel price). Great view from the hotel. My children love the swimming pool. We absolutely adore the room. Clean, lusciously comfortable with the luxurious feel. They hv bathtub, washer+dryer, mini kitchen complete with utensils and detergent (hey, whats not to love). The view from our room was fantastic and we absolutely adore the breakfast (really spoilt with choices but due to recent covid scare, less ppl thr so less choice compared to before. Totally understandable). Parking is free. Will repeat stayin

Overall the stay here was everything we expected and more. The room was very clean, stylish with modern look. The location is great, with some night life around, however don't expect any hawker style food around here, especially if you're looking for halal place. You need to get out of Puteri Harbour and go further to find local cheap food, but it wasn't a hassle as the nearest can be reached around 10-20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was great with many choices. The swimming pool was really nice too, suitable for young kids with heated small pool. Bathtub in the room was a bit disappointment though as the plug doesn't work to close up the drain of the tub, which makes the tub not able to fill in with much water. It was also great having a washing machine in the room, though not really sure how to work the dryer. Perhaps a more thorough guidelines on how to work it out? Overall a great stay and would definitely come back.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. We stayed 3 days 2 night.. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in, and high quality service.. Upon arrival the lobby of the stunning and luxurious hotel, we’re pleasantly welcomed by a very mannerly receptionist at the front desk. High quality room. Our room (deluxe 2 bed room), we just love our room. Everything is presentable, no bad smell, the room is clean, comfy. Plus we had sea view not fully sea view due to the location but we love it. Buffet style breakfast with good variety of food available and was well presented and cooked..

Birthday Staycation”
Checking in was a breeze. Duty manager, Mr Shafiq rendered a very good customer service & his sevice recovery was tip top. It was a birthday treat for my husband, Mr Shafiq personally brought up the cake to my apartment. The hand over from Mr Shafiq to his staff was applaudable as they are well informed on my request. Aside from that, i didn't have to wait for a long time for extra pillow that i have requested. Room was clean, presentable and aircon fantastic. The breakfast spread was awesome and the resraurant was amazingly big. No hassle to find a parking lot, entering & exiting from the carpark. Overall, it was a tip top customer service from Mr Shafiq and his staffs who was on duty on that day.

Great hotel and delicious food”
This is our first time to stay in this hotel. Our room(studio executive) was very spacious, even though we add extra bed. The room view amazing and clean. The hotel really near Legoland so it is easy because that is our main reason to come to Johor. There is washing machine with dryer in our room. Very convenient to wash and dry our kids swimsuit. The breakfast was delicious and have many choices. We also get to try barbeque dinner at offer price, buy one free one at RM 128. And the steak is really delicious. We will come back and stay at this hotel again since we have Legoland Annual pass.

Very clean hotel. Spacious room. Have small complete kitchen with microwave induction cooker. My fav was the washing machine. Wash and dry all in one. Housekeeping was excellent. Love the breakfast.. varieties of choice from local to western to indiand chinese cruisine. Bread yougurt, juicer n love the coffee options. They have healthy breakfast section! Indoor Swimming pool.. very clean pool thou i wish the pool was warm..it is freezing swimming up there. Very friendly staff. Thank u for the late check out! Will sure come again. Amazing Stay for family!”
We love this place! Lobby is so beautiful. Room is clean and everything is complete! Friendly staff. Just that it took a long time to wait for our bags to be sent because no one attended to us. So we had to bring the bags ourselves. No big deal tho. Its so spacious for a 2 bedroom. Its has functional washing machine & dryer. Towels are clean! Bathroom is gorgeous.. huge bathtub! Love it!!!!! Would definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Johor

Best stay over weekend ”
We had a nice and comfortable stay in fraserplace. Swimming pool and jacuzzi is clean and we had fun. Room equipped with microwave oven to heat food . And washing machine with dryer as well. Very convenient to dry our clothes after use swimming pool. All the room comes with a big bathtub. In room dining and Hard Rock Cafe in the hotel to eat if tired to go out find for food. Enjoyed our stay overall.. free buffet breakfast and delicious cuisine too.

My second time here and it's still amazing. This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Johor Bahru. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early so this was a big plus. The room were clean, very comfortable, bed comfort can not be beat and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Fraser Place Puteri Harbour.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Johor Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast not so good but the pool was amazing. we had nice time spending at the pool with the kids. The 2 bedroom apartment was so modern and feel comfortable clean.Really enjoyed our time here.

Trip was worth it! Nice hospitality and was being served well at the concierge. Staff was friendly and helpful. No hiccups along the way. Room is very clean and the necessity was complete with all that we need staying there. Food was good. Ambience is nice, and love the view around. Place was peacefully and quiet. Beyond Expectation”
My experience staying here was so WOW. Staffs very friendly. Big bathroom n bathtub. Nice balcony. Electrolux home appliances, Nespresso machine is nice add on. The room is so clean. Breakfast good taste and variety of food. All the facilities is classy designed. One thing that could be improved is only the toothbrush availability..lucky we brought it..haha.. Definetely, i will stay in here for the next JB visit !!!

Loved our stay there. Very comfortable rooms with mini kitchenette and washer n dryer. Breakfast was a huge spread! I skipped lunch because it was so filling. I dont recommend the dinner buffet though. I heard high tea is better. Abt 10 mins away from Legoland. Would definitely return as we bought Legoland annual passes.

Pros : - I love the room size & view. Got room on level 22, super duper nice. - The room was very clean & tidy. - I love the mattress & pillow. Really comfort. Cons: - Variety of foods - breakfast buffet. But I stay for 3 night, they never change the menu. - Swimming Pool - I don't know why the water was terribly cold.

Check in supposedly at 2pm, came at 3pm but cannot check in yet for housekeeping. So go around puteri harbour and they call back after near 2hrs. Other than that, great experience. Nice staff. Room very spacious and clean and beautiful. swimming pool very strong chlorine but good view nonetheless, pool closed 7pm. Recommended

Pros: clean room, superb staff assistance, great room design and the bath tub is big. Cons: it would be nice if they have a heater for the pool as the water was very cold even if it was a sunny day. Overall it was a great stay and highly recommend it. Kudos to the staff!

I must say the room is just amazing. Super clean and like a service apartment (complete with induction cooker, microwave+oven, washing machine. Bathroom is superb (i love the interior of it). Not to mention a great view as well. Overall, it is worth of every penny.
