The staff here were warm and friendly, especially Anoura! He was accomodating to our request to stay in the same room as we had extended for 1 more night. Location is great. About 5 min walk from Namba station (Midosuji line which leads you to town area like Umeda) and Nankai Namba (Nankai line that leads you to Osaka airport). There's a McDonalds and Ippudo right opposite us. Next to us is a super affordable and yummy Kyabetuyaki at only 160yen! Another 15 min walk will take you to Shinsaibashi and eventually Dotonbori. We loved the rooms especially that the kitchenette and washer/dryer made our stay feel more like at home. Everytime we go back to clean and tidy rooms and there's even pajamas for you! Hotel breakfast buffet has a good range and sufficient to get you on the road. Overall this has got to be my best stay in Japan because of its great location, facilities, and staff.

Best service apartment in osaka namba”
Location is super convenient. It is just outside Namba Station. Near hundreds of eateries and shopping streets. Very reasonably price . Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is simply great. Good size for Japan. Very clean and all appliances and utensils are top class. Stay here.u can thank me later

Near Namba Train Station, Great for Families with Small Kids”
Place is near the Namba Train Station where there are good restaurants and an international ATM and post office. Our room was nice and clean and with a washer and dryer which was perfect because we had to do laundry. Staff was friendly and accommodating and helped me find the post office, because I needed to send a package out. Their breakfast offers a variety of food which was good. I would recommend this for those visiting Osaka.

This place is great in terms of location, just next to Namba Nankai line. Direct and fast access to Rinku premium outlet and Kansai Airport. Hotel is very clean and comes with cooking utensils and kitchen sink. There are many good option around the hotel as well. Staff was friendly and ever so helpful. Great 2 days stay and will be back!

It's very clean, the space is spacious, and the price is reasonable. It's very close to Nanba Station, and it was so convenient to have all the stores you need nearby. I stayed in the one-bedroom for the second time and will choose it next time, too. If you plan to stay near Nanba Station and Dotonbori, I highly recommend this hotel.

Love the amenities provided in the serviced apartment, close proximity to Namba station, friendly reception and wide breakfast variety. Minor suggestion for improvement - the toothpaste provided in your disposable toothbrush set is too small and I had to open a new pack just to use the toothpaste which was quite wasteful.

Definitely our 1st choice in Osaka”
The hotel is very close to namba station, like 5 min walk. It is also opposite Takashimaya mall. There are many restaurants below the hotel. We book the 2 bedroom and it is very spacious. The bed is comfortable. There is a kitchen, dvd player. We stayed in the 11th floor and the view is beautiful. The breakfast is western and Japanese, it has reasonable choice and taste delicious. I definitely look forward to coming back to stay with Fraser Residence.

Highly recommend this hotel!”
It is an apartment style hotel, with fully equipped kitchen (sponge, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans etc., just no oil and seasonings), washing machine, iron board, shoe rack etc! Quite spacious for the amount of money paid (and compared to the same price hotel in Tokyo), very near to namba station exit 5, walking distance to famous dotonbori… the list goes on! Yummy breakfast too, highly recommend!

The hotel is next to Namba Nankai station. Easy to reach from airport and to airport . Walking distance to Dotonburi . The room is basic but clean. A good base for exploring Osaka and Namba areas.

COMPLETE HOTEL with a GOOD LOCATION”
I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again when I visit Osaka for the following reasons: 1. The location was really good. It was a few steps away from the train station, with lots of restos like Ippudo and McDonalds across the street for a quick eat. 2. It's also near the mall for shopping and Starbucks coffee. 3. Breakfast nook was small but the selection was good and they change some of the dishes on a daily basis. 4. The best part is the room with complete amenities like washing machine, stove with pots and pans. We booked 1 bedroom and we love there are compartments for the bedroom and the walk-in closet. 5. The staff are friendly and helped us with our luggage. They allowed to keep it for us for a couple or hours after checkout. 6. Good internet with TV on the living room and bedroom. Overall, I would book this hotel. I recommend it to families with kids. :)

The rooms were spacious and had all amenities you could need including a mini kitchen and washing machine! Location was right next to the station and close to everything you could need! Staff were very friendly and even had masks you could wear (during coronavirus outbreak) when they are sold out elsewhere. Would highly recommend.
