My first time staying in Fraser property. This property has great location as just few minutes walking to Orchard MRT which can connect you anywhere to large shopping malls in Orchard areas. Clean and nice place to stay. Staffs are making sure that your stay is enjoyable there. I will definitely return to Fraser when visiting Spore.

Modern, Clean, Luxurious, Expensive address”
Nice interior design, very new, always appreciate a room with Nespresso coffee machine! Check in (with Asyraf) was a breeze. Con: A little challenging to get to the lobby from basement carpark as all lift lobby were locked (intercom safety feature). Do add some signs at the carpark would be helpful for driving guests.

Quite place”
Pro since it was new, the apt was new but try booking the premier apartment, even the exec apt was small. The staff were great at checkin. They helped inquiring on our activities. Quite place. Coffee was free downstairs. Con Breakfast was horrible, no one smiles or greets there. Since there was construction it was difficult to take a bus across the road, hence had to book a taxi every day. Not very close to MRT Not much facilities. My mother fell on the entrance while coming on a wheelchair and no one was there to help her, one of the other guests had rushed to call the staff no vigilance. We stayed for 9 days but house keeping will not change the linen for the entire trip!!! What good is this as a hotel, and would not clean the apartment. After 5 30 pm no housekeeping or maintenance staff available.

Great Apartment but little small”
Fraser Orchard is brand new. The apartment is one the few serviced apartments in Orchard with a great balcony. Super bathrooms, but the second bedroom is too small and only has a single bed - shame that for a 2 bedroom delux you still have to pay for an extra bed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Front Office staff very helpful and Pavi the concierge is great guy!

Quiet and cozy ”
It's near from the central shopping street, Orchard, but very quiet and sound. The next of residence is an int'l school and neither shops nor bars are around. But if I want, just 5 minutes walk takes me the luxury shopping mall, restaurants, etc. Especially, the building is brand new so all the equipments don't give me any stress.

amazing location (walking distance to orchard road but it s very quiet and comfortable) the cleaning was daily including public holidays which is rare for a serviced apartment. whenever we need anything such as printing or disposal of broken suitcase the staff are extremely helpful. breakfast menu was also changed on a daily basis. nothing to complain at all

Une résidence hôtelière de haut standing mais dont le rapport qualité /prix est excellent. Un luxe discret, moderne, des équipements tres bien maintenus. Une chambre très bien conçue dont l'espace est soigneusement pensé (coin repas, cuisine complètement équipée) Une literie de grand confort aux materiaux de haute qualité. Une salle de bain très pratique et agréable, équipée d'une baignoire king. -une situation : 10 minutes à pieds de Orchard - Un personnel très pro, d'une grande courtoisie et amabilité, un management efficace. La piscine est belle, les nageurs seront comblés, (longueurs) les familles aussi car bassin à part sécurisé pour les enfants. Petit dej varié, 3 formules, et suffisant, il peut être pris dans le patio. -l'ensemble de la residence est situé dans un lieu (paterson road) ou le vent rafraichissant et bienvenu, souffle le matin et le soir. Si bienvenu après un peu de marche dans ce climat. Certaines chambres seulement (prix différents) disposent d'un balcon Une residence / appart. hôtelière que je recommande sans hésitation !

레지던스로 유명한 프레이저입니다. 장기 투숙자들이 많아서 방도 잘 안 나오는 것 같습니다. 어렵게 잡았는데 제가 다녔던 레지던스 중 시설이 가장 새거여서 좋았습니다. 그리고 제가 경험한 싱가포르 레지던스는 전체적으로 조식이 훌륭하지는 않습니다. 레지던스들은 방이 full kitchen인데 조식이 좋아야 할 이유가 없을 것 같습니다.
