A good 'all rounder'”

I stayed 2 nights at Fraser Suites in Perth. - good location for access to city and airpot - light, airy, spacious rooms - depending on your room position, good views towards the river and the WACA cricket ground - easy and fast check-in/check-out - comfortable beds - not so great .... quite a bit of noise transfer from hallway into the room. Not really too problematic as other guests didn't really seem to be up too much earlier/later than me. - gym was small but serviceable (I couldn't work out how to turn off the TV/change the channel which was mildly annoying being the only person using the gym and not wanting to watch a soap opera while working out!). - i'd stay again if i had an early flight out of Perth and wanted a quiet, comfortable stay without having to be smack bang in the middle of the CBD (took me about 15mins to walk to the very centre of Perth CBD

Honeymoon”

We stayed at Fraser Suite Perth for our honeymoon for 2 nights . It was amazing ! Best service I ever received. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was so amazing with stunning view. They had put a bottle of wine and congrats wedding card for us as honeymoon amenities! But we not drink alcohol so I just took the card. Overall everything was perfect! Good Job Fraser Suite Perth! ❤️❤️❤️

Quiet & Classy”

We spent 7 nights at The Fraser Suites and wished we had booked for longer. We took advantage of the bikes which were available to travel along the Swan river cycle lanes. There are lots of land and ferry tours to choose from and Perth shopping is easy walking distance . Perth Mint very interesting and Kings Park not to be missed. Lots of really great restaurants but beer drinkers will be shocked at the prices.

I'm absolutely stunned by the cleanliness and size of the room. They made me stay in Perth worth remembering. It's very convenient to have complete cooking and laundry stuffs inside the room itself. Make life easy! I highly recommend this place though the price is not cheap but the experience is worth it! Thank you Fraser Suites staff for giving me free room upgrade. I'll definitely be coming back! Cheers!

Great value for suite in city”

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the suite. The view over the Swan river and Perth city was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food from room service was fantastic and very quick. I would recommend the Fraser suites to anyone staying in Perth CBD. The buses are free if you are travelling around the city area.

A hidden gem in Perth”

Im so glad I decided to try Fraser Suites ! an absolutely beautiful hotel with a real luxury feel . Staff were friendly and professional. My only suggestion for improvement would be making a full room service breakfast available to complete the decadant experience. Fraser Suites will be my first choice when staying in Perth again. Loved it.

Memorable experience for hubby and I”

This was a short getaway trip for hubby and I to celebrate his birthday. Breakfast & dinner was included, and it was an amazing experience! However, the maintenance of the room has dropped a lot over the years. Just little tiny things like marks everywhere, wine stain on the carpet and so on. But the bed was amazing! It was so comfortable, we love it! Thanks Fraser Suites Perth for an amazing experience :)

Extremely comfortable, luxurious surroundings ”

Fraser Suites Perth was immaculate - extremely comfortable, luxurious fixtures and fittings where everything has been well thought through. No noise coming from the surrounding buildings or roads. The Bed was so very comfortable i wanted to stay another night just for the good sleep! I will absolutely recommend Fraser Suites to everyone.

Really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Suites in Perth, we were given an upgrade to a one bedroom executive apartment with river view, it was luxurious and beautiful and by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, we did not want to leave. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was gorgeous and the food in the restaurant was exceptionally delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant stay in Perth”

Stayed at Fraser Suits Perth for 4 nights. My families really enjoyed the stay, and our kids still mention to me how pleasant the stay was. Staffs are very friendly. One of the windows could not be shut properly, but it was fixed right away after we reported the issue. We actually liked the food at restaurant/room service - great when we are tired to go out, or cook by ourselves. The only issue is the connecting doors are heavy and a bit hard to keep it open with door stoppers.

Don't want to wake up again”

We really love Fraser Suites Perth. The location is a little far from the Central Business District area, so it takes time to travel. But we can just board bus 37 (free) to the area. The bed was huge, so was the room. We really love it there. Only wish that the hotel would've left a change-able dock for the ipod radio. (They are using ipod Gen 5's Dock. not compatible) Another problem would be the hair dryer. According to my partner, the hair dryer extension couldn't be re-tract after it was being pulled out. We do not think that the hotel staff could fix it as well cause it was just coiled up and left there. The weighing scale isn't working as well. Shower could be hot when someone is using the washing machine. The swimming pool doesn't seem like it's been clean. We saw some towel left lying around the previous night, and on the night we went to swim. But I guess not a lot of people uses the facility, so they left it out. Overall, the bedroom is awesome, as long as you don't nitpick on every single problem within their facilities.

Though I only stayed for one night, it was really great experience! I stayed at 1 Bedroom Executive which has awesome river view!! I didn't wanna go out because the room is already so good :) The room was spacious and I loved the bed which was so comfortable. The location was also good, it's very close to riverside as well as CBD area. If I go Perth again, I definitely stay at Fraser Suites again!

How you the staff deal makes all the difference”

I had stayed at Fraser Suites Perth a few years ago and was very impressed, so when I had a girls weekend away and needing a 2 bed apartment it was our pick, the rooms are great very roomy, with kitchen facilites if wanted or needed, bed are very comfy and location is great for quick city access, we did however have a problem with the hot water for showers in the morning (being no hot water for over an hour or so), what was a very annoying situation was made better and handled very well by the reception staff ( I wish I could remember her name) but they were fantastic and tried their best to make help out and compensate us for our very slow morning start, YES i would recommend Frases Suites Perth if your looking for boutique hotel or apartment sale accommodation.

Consistently Excellent”

We have stayed at Fraser Suites Perth several times now. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well appointed. The gym and pool are a welcome feature. The quality, pricing and diversity of the room service menu is very good.

Good value for money ”

Our family has a great time staying at Fraser suites Perth. As we wanted to do some cooking given that the food and vegetables are fresh and mostly organic Fraser has a room large enough for a family of 4 coupled with a living room and a dry kitchen.

I really enjoyed my stay in Fraser Suites, staff are really friendly and helpful. Special credits to Ms Maribeth who helped to check us in early and patiently guided us where to go around Perth. Room is big and bed is really comfortable. Good location where we could go around town with many bus services.

Best service with quality comforts ”

Enjoyed the stay @ Frasers Suites and will definitely choose the same place the next time I'm in Perth. Location is not central city but just a couple of blocks from the heart of the city which suits me perfectly. Good amenities like gym, sauna, pool and restaurant for breakfast.

Elegent, Contemporary, Comfort city stay”

Frazer Suites is a new hotel/apartment in Perth city. The room design is modern and contemporary. Service is satisfying only - need to treat non-aussie/non-western equally. The room is apartment style with a large living area with kitchenette. Well maintained with all the cooking utensils and cutleries. There are good quality of coffee and tea. The kitchenette has a microwave and a large fridge which is great if you are staying for a longer period. The hotel is located a little further from CBD but it is accessible via free public transport buses departing outside the hotel. A taxi fare to the CBD should not be more than $10 The only barrier is the limited parking lot here and very hidden parking entrance. Highly recommend this hotel for business/ leisure stay.
