FRATINI's Hotel is cheap and suitable for those solo travelllers. The room has limited space and without table (for computer works). The furnitures are quite old include the toilet and shower. The hotel is near to the mall, food stores and ATMs. There are morning markets selling foods at Labuan Walk next to the hotel. Overall, it is cheap, has the basic things and located strategically.

Located in the middle of the town which is great. Cleanliness is a so-so. Also not to mentioned i got a room where my toilet can't be close fully does bother me a little bit because the door knob was already broken even once i got the room.

I got cheap deal with Agoda so i wont comment alot. The room were okay, the location is good since you can walk to nearby shops/restaurants. There’s a bank too in the same row. Just make sure you are fit to climb the stairs in case you’re given 3rd or 4th floor room (mine was 4th haha). Don’t expect the facilities like new because this hotel ain’t new but its bearable. Oh and one last comment is the shower, its not warm and the pressure sometimes is weak.

There's shit in the toilet. They didn't clean it before we arrived and used it. Booked for deluxe room bc there's 3 of us but they gave us a room for couple. The lock is in poor condition. The bed sheet is dirty.
