Microwave Oven is broken.”

Advertised with microwave oven, when we came, microwave was broken. Was advised only on the day of check in. No toiletries like shampoo, soap and toothbrush. Personnel who assisted us in checking in is rushing us to check in by calling us while on our way. Cant use facilities of Wind because no letter of authority from owner. Also, guard seems to discourage use of the facilities by guest since payment center is not available.

The small apartment was okay but the TV wouldn’t work which was disappointing. Also no sharp knife to use for chopping and cutting in kitchen.

Really cozy and dainty unit”

It was a last minute booking but they were able to accommodate me. It was very affordable and the view was epic. The interior was also very cozy and dainty.

worth the money. great location if you want to visit sky ranch. the condo unit was very clean and well equipped. Staff was very accommodating. I will surely recommend this place to my friends and relatives. We will definitely go back here:)

Perfect Place to Stay in Tagaytay ”

Location is perfect! It's near everything (sky ranch, rowena's, restaurants) and very accessible. The place is cozy and fuss free. Lastly, thumbs up for Ms. Merly, the caretaker. She's very nice and assisted all our needs. Will definitely come back!

I stayed at a one bedroom unit, well, its actually a studio-type unit of the the Wind Residences. The owners rent the unit out. I do like the location as it is conveniently located near the city"center". I liked the facilities in the clubhouse for "public" use of the condominium occupants but I was not able to use any as there was no time to do so. If there was one gripe, its the parking as the "renters" are made to pay for it and its location is so far from Building 3 or 4 for that matter. The commercial establishment in the ground floor is convenient and the over-all staff was very nice and courteous and helpful. Shout out for the units' care taker as she was also very helpful and professional. I also wished I had a unit overlooking the lake but could not complain anymore about not having a view because I was out of the place most of the time anyway.

I highly recommend this unit! Everything they said about the amenities can be used! Owner & caretaker were easy to communicate with, though it was bad that the previous guest broke the TV remote. Entire building was kept clean by the admin staff and inside the unit was clean as well. Complete kitchen appliance, though electronic kettle wasnt working well (I had to hold the heat button firmly to get the water boiling). Great balcony view and AC was working well (though it wasnt used much coz it was really cold during our stay). I'll definitely go back to that place!

It's indeed cozy and staying on this unit will always make you feel you are just at home. It's situated on the 22nd floor of SM Winds Residences and it can accommodate 4-5 people. It is also situated near Gerry's Grill, Pizza Hut and is in close proximity to banks. It has wifi connection but you should not forget to ask the caretaker about the password before she leaves.
