Lovely stay”
Big and comfy bed, beautiful seaside view, quiet and peaceful, friendly staff. Suitable place for a relaxing gate away. There’s 24 hour restaurant beside and about 10 mins walk to d’mall. Quite a convenient place to stay. Definitely recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I loved waking up every morning to the view of the ocean and kite surfers. I'd open the glass doors and let the wind blow through the curtains, it was very relaxing. I didn't want to leave my room. Nice rain shower head and water pressure. Although too much water running can flood the bathroom floor so can't use the water for too long. There wasn't much interaction with the staff. It's combined with a kite surfing shop. The room was spacious and it was about 10mins walking distance to D'Mall at station 2. Ibiza music from Smoke Resto next door can be heard until midnight. Owner's kid can be heard thumping on the roof. Not much privacy as the kite surfing shop can look right up to your room from below. Slight sewage smell in the evenings. Aside from these, the beautiful view from the room was worth it.

Best Place ever! ”
Once arriving at the place directly on the beach you will defiantly will the vibe that this area is surrounding. I directly extended to a week. During the last 4 years of travelling I haven’t been to such a great bunk for that amazing price. Beds were really big and super comfy, bathroom with nice shower and facilities. They even have a rooftop terrace with nice view over the balubog beach where you can use the kitchen area. Staff is Amazing, either it’s the owner, the boys giving you assistance with your kite or nice ladies cleaning the room! It’s mainly a kite school in the ground floor, so if you wanna Beginn with kitesurfing, that’s the place. If I’ll come back to Boracay it will be a 110% the Freestyle academy where I would like to stay! Thank you so much!

Always electricity breakdown”
We experienced 2 times electricity breakdown within 1 day of stay. 2nd time it took more than 3 hours to repair. Disappointed..

very quiet place , comfortable bed and nice staff , everything is OK , but only Wifi problem ，full Wi-Fi bars on phone but can't use the internet . I hope they can repair it !

You love the sea, you sure will fall in love with this place although it's not as beautiful as the beach at station 1. It's a quiet place to stay. The staff here is very friendly. The disadvantages are the room do not provide hair dryer but you can get it from reception there. There also do not provide breakfast but you also can order with extra charges. The Wi-Fi here consider slow and sometimes it can't connect. There's 5 minutes walk to the Dmall, it's quite convenient.

Nous sommes reste avec mon fils de 8 ans pour 4 nuits. Nous avons beaucoup aime notre sejour pour plusieurs raison: le staf, lemplacement car tres bien situe : a 2 pas de la station 2, le spot de kit surf devant, des restaurants a proxi, etc + Petits dejeuner tres bon servis dans le restaurant a cote et peu de monde les moins: aucuns, nous reviendrons pour sur!!!!\

超級棒， 無敵海景！ 躺在床上看日出， 可惜天氣不似預期。 老闆跟老闆娘親切~ 完美假期！ 下次去再住~ 床品超級舒服， 比美五星級！！ 熱水水壓夠， 很舒服。 唯一不足就是洗手間去水設計不好，倒流。
