Extremely bad customer service”
1. It took us more than 1 hour to check in 2. The receptionist and the customer service person at the front desk were very rude. They grumbled and bang off the phone whenever there was a call from other customers. Show very bad impression to other guests. 3. 1 of the 2 rooms that I booked wasn't ready for check in but they said it was ready. 4. 1 of the 2 rooms was in bad condition i.e. not ready for guest, aircon broke down during the wee hours i.e. 1 am. 5. The aircon for the second room also broke down the next day. 6. Service was very slow.

Atrocious Hotel Service. More like a one star hotel”
I booked the hotel on 12 May 2017 to 15 May 2017 for my parents who are in their late 50's and it happened to be a bad decision. It was hell for my parents since day one they checked in the hotel. I felt for my parents because I had chosen this hotel for them. Firstly, the hotel does not have basic utensils like a spoon or a tissue box . There was also no complimentary bottled water provided in the hotel room. Secondly, there was no telephone in their room to contact the Hotel front desk! My old father had to proceed down to the front desk just to communicate with the hotel staff! When he asked for a telephone (for internal communication with the staff) and other necessities, the staff acknowledged. However, hours passed but no hotel staff came with the items my father requested! My father ended up going out of the hotel just to get a spoon and tissue! Thirdly, my parents found out that they could not gain access into their room because the card has been deactivated. Why was it deactivated? The safe box in my parent's room had also malfunctioned and my father could not retrieve his items. He had to walk down to the front desk again to request for assistance to unlock the safe box. It took the hotel staff 3 hours to come and unlock the safebox for my father. Since there was no telephone, my father had to walk to the front desk about 5 times just to check on the progress. What kind of service is this?! I hope nobody comes to this hotel ! I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and family members. Not only because of the bad service, also due to the fact that they cannot empathize that my father, a 58-year-old man, had to walk up and down the hotel due to the hotel refusing to provide a telephone for internal communication with the front desk.

Overall okay. Clean rooms & comfortable. Quite noisy outside room. Can hear adjacent rooms occupants talking or doing their things. Hmmm
