Mention 4 bedroom, 1 of the bedroom with no aircon, asked owner never reply my question. Room and toilet very dirty not well cleaned, no maintain. Very old place, broken fooring, broken door dirty window, bedroom, toilet, bed, sofa everything dirty. Disgusting place.

The toilet had leaking on the ceiling and no bidet spray. The flooring in the big bedroom is in bad condition. Overall not a nice and comfortable place to stay with family

Pros: 1. Next to Paradigm mall (5min walk) 2. Apartment is spacious 3. Got microwave and kettle 4. Washing machine 5. Near to Shell petrol station 6. Huge swimming pool Cons: 1. Dirty - everywhere got hair, cups and plates are dirty, sponge to wash dishes are black and smelly, dusty, blankets have black spots. 2. 1 toilet no water, 1 toilet cannot flush and no bidet, 1 toilet tap and bidet connected so on one the other one also will splash, all 3 bidets has no spray. Soap & shampoo provided, however, they are empty bottles 3. Fridge is spoilt but not removed (smelly), 2 minibars provided instead, that did not make up for the space of a proper fridge 4. Security guards super not friendly, not willing to help us, one followed me and stared at me from top to bottom with a perverted smirk 5. Doors of rooms alot of cracks, and have the surface pealing, to close have to pull hard. Main door same thing. Gate has no lock. 6. Balcony door stuck. Iron board is not leveled. No idea or indication if water purification device is working. Wifi is weak in living room, non existant in bedrooms, own mobile network access in bedrooms sometimes non existance or only 1 bar 7. Maintenance guy do not know how to fix and push the everything to agent. Agent cant help too 8. Agent will only be able to send help during certain timings, expect us to be in the apartment when we already had plans. 9. Agent inappropriately requested for us to allow the maintenance person to enter the apartment without us around. Not recommended unless it is your last resort

The room soo spacious and the staff soo friendly. U can go nearby Paradigm Mall for shopping, just 10 mins walk. The room is clean, all facilities are nice ❤️ will be my fav list for staying in JB
