The place is clean at a decent price. It is recommended for tourists who are on the go and does not stay much in the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great as it is near Juffair Mall (Lulu).

This is a very well managed older hotel right next to central Juffair Mall. It is clean and in good shape. Staff are helpful and friendly. Probably best value for money in all of Juffair.

The hotel is centrally located. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very accomodating. However the hotel hasn' a restaurant or convenience store, so getting things like water or a quick bite requires leaving the hotel. But there are food and drink options nearby. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend staying there. It provides excellent value.

The hotel's location is great as it is at the entrance of Juffair area. It also has a lot of parking spaces. Room is clean but furniture may need to be changed. Beds and bathroom were clean and rooms are very good in size..

4_Night_Business_Stay”
This is a budget hotel and I would rate it as 1 star. On arrival the room was clean, but it took me two days and four requests for my room to be cleaned. My room rate was reasonable and included breakfast. The breakfast was carefully prepared by the young cook, but choice was quite restricted and the quality of the ingredients was only average (there is no breakfast menu and you have to choose from the cook's limited description) Room service stops at some time in the afternoon. Therefore, you have to order food in from outside restaurants. I would recommend registering for a Talabat account, which offers a lot of choice (however, I wouldn't count on the restaurant reviews, as I found this to be a trial and error process). My room contained two beds, which were past their best (lumpy and rather uncomfortable). Instead of a desk chair, the room provided a side table as a chair, which collapsed as I was sitting on it. The air conditioning unit in the room was noisy and the filters need to be cleaned / replaced to fix this. In general the fixtures, fittings and decoration are overdue an update. Throughout my stay the Wi-Fi in hotel, which is provided for free, was very intermittent, which meant that I was not always able to complete the work that I had scheduled. On check out my bill had not been properly completed, which resulted in there having to be four separate transactions in total: one prepaid; one credit card; and, two separate cash transactions. If you are on a budget, the hotel and some of the staff are quite charming. However, be prepared to 'rough it'.

You Dont need to ask them to have the room cleaned, they will initiate sending their housekeeping staffs to clean the room daily. They assisted us thoroughly and the really exceeded my expectations compared to the last years stay. Everything is renovated.

Value for money”
We arrived at 9 in the morning, much earlier than our check-in time, but we were politely asked to wait another half hour and then they could give us a room. Having had a 3 year old with us, we appreciated this. The cost of 30BD was really great, considering there was a living room and kitchen. Throughout our stay the staff were really kind. It is a 3 star, so do not expect crisp linen and luxurious towels. What you can expect is a clean room that was fine for this family of 3.

the staff are nice and friendly, the room is clean and arranged. there were a water boiler to make a hot drink but there are no water, tea, coffie, sugar or even a cup. so you have to bring every thing from outside

Ranked with 3 stars, it barely deserves 1 ”
1) The receptionist still hadn't received the reservation and could not accommodate us, looking bothered and being overall slow, passive and not able to answer questions. Eventually he upgraded us to 2-bedroom suite, giving us the keys. When we finally got to the room and started unpacking, we got a call that they have found a 1-bedroom suite available and want us to relocate. The bell boy came knocking soon after and was just standing at the door, repeating: "Please move, please move". So we had to pack again. 2) The rooms are big and spacious, however there's only the minimum of furniture. The furniture is old, and the floor is carpeted only in the bedroom, elsewhere it's bare and cold. The a/c is like 50 years old, quite impossible to adjust. TV also ancient. In the bathroom - only ONE towel for 24 hrs for two of us. 3) There is no actual room service. They give you a delivery booklet of a nearby Indian restaurant, where you have to call and make an order. (By the way, you will also have to pay the hotel for the call.) Delivery boy brings it in a plastic bag, and in our case, he also forgot to bring half of the things and was trying to get additional charge from us for walking back and forth. 4) Internet in the room is not working at all. When I called the reception he didn't even know the name of the hotel wi-fi network. He said "look for the name that contains many letters". After I managed to get connected, the network kept showing "no internet access". The receptionist said: "I will check the router" and disappeared forever. We ended up booking our tickets in the city and going out after midnight just to find any food around. 5) The last drop was when we asked for a taxi before check-out and they brought us some private driver (perhaps someone's friend), who didn't have a meter and was refusing to take us unless we pay his price! That's when we were hurrying to get to the airport. Staff seems not to care at all. Bitterly disappointed.

I feel I was overcharged for laundry service and items that I consumed from the minibar. I only wanted to have my clothes washed and dried, but they were also ironed, which cost me extra. Also, I was charged 15 dinars for minibar items, a lot more than I would have paid a merchant elsewhere. The room was cool and fairly comfortable. However, the sound control for the television was either zero and loud with nothing in between. In addition, internet service was intermittent and slow at times.

Great hotel for bachelors with no worry for detail”
It was good but furniture had tears in it. Very huge rooms and very comfortable and clean beds. Its a 90% bachelor hotel.
