Fuana inn. was a lovely place and very nice staff, came to paint the airport, they had order a tax to me and run up to Fuana Inn, it took about 5 minutes then you were encouraging and they smile and got mango welcom drink, and got værelsen hurtoig, it was Batre came out and swimming, the beach was only 10 meters from the hotel and had nice view of the beach from tive, værelsen was lovely, nicely great. I had to check out at 11th but was allowed to check out first at 18-6 pm, when I was flying on midtnat, so I had time to come in the bath after a long day at the beach. fatty service I have enough to I will gladly come back again if you need to Hulhulmale again.

Hello All, We have stayed in Fuana Inn and enjoyed our stay.The staff we found very cooperative and keep the room very clean and tidy everyday. Also the room we found with balcony and beach facing view that was very awesome.The people at reception area are very friendly and cooperative who arranged our various tours at their best. You can look for this hotel for total fun around the Male and near by islands as well as for very good relaxation purpose.

Nice and functional”
Not a luxury place but the Fuana Inn was perfect for our transit in Male to one of the resorts. The staff came to pick us up at the airport (I don't believe we even asked them to) and brought us back, the room was small but functional, we had a large bed, a fridge, a safe and a balcony and the price was right, everybody was friendly and the hotel is on the beach. Would definitely return if we need to stay in Male.

Friendly and helpful staff”
We stay in fuana .deluxe room is seaview and room is bigger than another hotel and we had invited to Noomoo hotel by the owner,he just open new hotel ,Noomoo hotel is awesome.we stay 3nights.Everything is perfect .The trip to Male ,resort day trip,photo flight seaplane trip is reasonable price.I recommend to buy day trip in this hotel.The hotel few step to the beautiful beach,shopping area and restaurant.

Great stopover hotel”
we were only staying at this hotel overnight after arriving at male airport before moving onto a resort the next day but this hotel was perfect. it was close to the airport and we were picked up and taken to the hotel (even although we hadn't arranged for this or paid for it). the room was very nice and clean with a cute balcony overlooking the beach. the breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. i would definitely recommend this hotel to others to stay for a stopover. even for a few days this would be a good hotel as you have a great beach and wonderful clear blue sea right across the road.

Great location; friendly staff”
The double rooms look out over the ocean and have a balcony. It is worth paying for these rooms. They have aircon, TV, fridge, small bathroom. A nice breakfast is included. They picked me up in an aircon car (included in price)and gave a welcome drink while checking in. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me and even accompanied me to the place I needed to go to to get to an island after I missed my boat. I enjoyed the location as is was away from the busy city. There are nice places to eat very close by, and supermarkets. It is only 10 minutes by taxi to the jetty and 20 minutes by ferry to Male city. The taxi and ferry are cheap. I spent 4 nights here and would stay longer next time. It is a nice holiday location in its self. Highly recommended.

Very good family inn”
The inn is near the airport，which is convenient for tourists who arrive in Male very late at night and will catch seaplane to transfer to the island in early morning. Server of the inn will meet you to the inn in the airport at night and send you to the airport to take the seaplane in the next morning according to your flight time after breakfast. Breakfast of the inn is very nice. Food is delicious and fruit juice is very fresh. Waiters are warmhearted. The inn is located at the side of ocean. You can hear the sea-wind in the room and play on the sand freely. But what is needed to improve is sheet and mattress for sleeping. Anyway if you stay there for next-day's transfer, the inn is enough for you.

clean and cozy hotel, at a good and neat location”
I was travelling with my niece, as we reached the airport, the representative of Fuana Inn was already waiting, we came to hotel within 15 minutes, we were welcomed warmly with a chilled glass of juice. Room and bathroom was very clean but a bit small. the balcony had a good view to the beach. Breakfast was acceptable with a little less variety, we had to go out for lunch as they don't serve it. They didn't have a lot of activities therefore they need to work on tours and activities for the guests, and should keep snorkeling kit as there is a beautiful beach in front. Phone was not working.and yes there should be an electric kettle and hair drier in the room. Over all a good experience... One thing i would definitely say, we felt at home...

nice ocean view room and nice staff”
This was our 2nd stay in Fuana Inn and was surprised when we get the room: was extremely small, without a balcony and the view was to the construction. We want another and get it, because we booked deluxe room and get only standard. After this was everything excellent - the new room was clean and same as during the first stay - with balcony and huge windows with ocean view. The only negative thing was the small bathroom. The staff was nice, friendly, helpful and smiley.

Male Airport Hotel”
I stayed two nights and will return for another two nights before leaving Male. Located on Hulhumale, the hotel is small but mostly comfortable. I loved the big comfy bed and personal balconly looking out on the beach. Hulhumale is quiet and peaceful compared to Male. Notes to the wise: tipping is expected, change is given in a mix of usd and rupiah thats confusing, no lift, no cabs so you have to arrange a hotel transfer before arrival, if you don't see your name board, go to info desk and call the hotel, don't pay full price for shared speed boats, they will offer discounted price to passengers waiting for the public ferry to make up their numbers.

Beach living”
Fuana Inn is surfside, so get a room with a balcony. It's a great hangout with lots of interesting things around. The room is large and the bed comfortable. Wifi is spotty upstairs but good in the lobby. Breakfast is continental. Cons: no soundproofing, no elevator. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon. Thanks!

Nice and clean hotel and a very friendly staff”
Rooms are small and rather simple but very clean. Staff friendly and breakfast is good. Overall a pleasant stay. Very nice budget hotel. Would stay again. Did not like the mandatory charge for transportation from and back to the airport. It is too expensive and we did not use it. We were picked up at the airport but were not going back to the airport after our stay in Fuana Inn.

the people in fuana inn are friendly and nice, be it the front desk or kitchen. great location near to hulhumale ferry terminal and airport. we got the sea view which marvellous. the people here make me feel at home and ease. we stayed here 1 night. we took a taxi from here to local ferry, the local ferry to male. location: shops around where you could get bottled water and snack easily. cafe around for food too. the breakfast was simple but satisfying. they make us sit down and they serve us and bring us food and drinks. really happy for the service! special thanks to ahmed who book us a trip to resort island and he bought us gift of local cuisine too!! recommend this hotel for a one night stop.

good hotel for a layover before hitting the resort”
Generally good because of Ahmeed the resourceful boss who provides a lot of local info. The white sand beach is just across the road. The airport express taxi provided by the government is expensive at USD16 per trip, hopefully cheaper alternatives will be available soon. A cheaper longer journey is to take the ferry from the airport to Male and then take a connecting ferry to Hulhumale and take a local cab to the Inn. It is a value for money place to stopver.

this hotel is suitable for people who need to spend one night in maldives airport. airport transfer is included upon booking. the hotel is located in the same island as the airport, which means you do not have have to take the boat ride to male(capital of maldives). The hotel is right next to the sea, and it is a good idea to take a walk by sea after breakfast.

This was my second stay in Fuana Inn Hotel. The hotel is very close to the airport. The room is large enough and there is tv with a lot of channels. The breakfast is great and the guy serving it is very helpful.

Great sevice and friendly reception”
we decided to have a stay 2 nights at fuana inn before our actual holiday with the fourseason explorer. the staffs were very friendly and offer to help when my bag was missing in the male airport. our room and the toilet was clean and they even have hbo channel and free internet access. a nice place to stay for the most 2 days.

Friendly Staff - Small hotel, ok for a stop over”
We stayed hear for one night as we arrived late to Male Airport and our resort sea plane was not leaving until the next morning. We new the rooms were small and the bathrooms from other reviews so we were not expecting much. It was just that, small rooms and old. However the staff were so lovely and even put rose petals all around the room with a love heart shape on the bed. The airport is on a seprate Island to Male the capital, we were not sure how long the boat trip to Male would be so we decided to stay on the airport side. Upon arriving we could see that Male was very close, maybe 5 mins on a boat. I think we would stay there next time. Lots of rubbish on the airport Island also. However if you want a cheap bed close to the airport (10 mins in car taxi - Free transfers) then this hotel is ok, but I am sure you can find nicer.

Nice beachfront hotel”
I stayed here twice. Nice room (bathroom is rather small) with a balcony / ocean view. Hulhumale is much more laid back from Male. There's lots of watersports and just fun in the sand and sun. Lots of eateries, and stores nearby. Staff was nice. Pros: convenient, surfside, comfortable bed, good price. Cons: no lift, small bathroom, sometimes noisy with construction going on next door and no soundproofing between rooms.
