"We were looking for a comfortable spacious hotel for our group vacation and found the Eurostars at Mirasierra to be actually much more beautiful than we expected. The beds were really comfortable and we really enjoyed to have a bath-tub and full mini-bar. One thing was a bit disappointing, as we had specifically looked for a hotel with wellness facilities and realised at the location that the use of the pool was not included for hotel guests and would be an additional 18 Euro per person (sauna and turkish bath were included, but the turkish bath was unfortunately not working properly and had a very unpleasant smell on the vapor of the room - probably bad waters. So we only used the Sauna, which had no temperature meter as well, I can tell you it was very, very, hot). We walked every day 10 minutes to the Metro-Station and took the train to the center of Madrid, an additional 35-40 minutes depending on which route you take. So that is also something to take in consideration!"

"I think my review will be mostly negative due the time of year we arrived in Madrid. We attended the champions legue final so all the hotels were ripping tourists off so this one was no exception. We paid 145 Euro a night to stay here so expensive. The hotel looks good in the pictures with the fancy cars but please dont be fooled by the pictures. Check in was good with firendly staff and quick and the fact they provided a free transfer from the airport was a bonus (must be booked in advance) Room itself was very small but clean. Bathroom no door to separate from the room and wooden flooring by the shower coming apart .What a dumb idea to put laminated wooden floors in a shower area.Toilet has a glass door that you can see into again a dumb thing to do.Amenties in the hotel dirty falling apart - station 15-20 minute walk but uphill all the way on return. Resturant awful and overpriced so walk to the main area for food inc breakfast NOT 4 * hotel at all At best 2-3* so stay only if cheap"
