High end, great view, well designed but...”
You can expect that it is an extremely well designed boutique hotel with great service. However, for such a high end hotel chain, it seems it is targeted more towards local guests as maybe only 50% of the staff are able to interact with basic English. It is pretty surprising for us to find that no one can speak basic English at the desk at night. They are however very courteous to us which is why they passed with 3 stars for the staff service portion.

Best hotel I’ve ever stay”
Nothing to complain, except this hotel is extremely hard to book. I enjoyed my stay and wake up with the mt fuji view. Dinner and breakfast served are superb. Regret that I unable to book for 2 nights. One night is totally not enough for you to enjoy the room and views!!!!!!!!!

Lovely room with Mt. Fuji view”
Room is spacious and I love the design of the room, but luxurious but natural and comfortable. We enjoyed the silence around the hotel. Most of the staff are attentive with excellent service, though they could not communicate well in English. However one male staff at reception during our second night stay was in very bad attitude in response to our request. Food looked nice but not really delicious. We preferred traditional Japanese dinner rather than fusion one. Another down side was, there was no transportation service while the hotel is not easily accessible.

The room is super pretty and didn’t disappoint me at all even if I had very high expectation! The room is very spacious, and the balcony is facing the Mt. Fuji. The private onsen is satisfying and you can adjust the temperature which is impossible in the public onsen. The bar is also cool, with very good view. The kaseiki dinner and Japanese style breakfast were both delicious. The overall experience is great and worth the money!

Most beautiful place”
We stayed at the premium suite and was very impressed with the room. We wanted to fully utilize the room and facilities so we decided to order room service for dinner and was pleasantly surprised with the food as well. We had an outdoor seating area that was very comfortable and a sitting area inside to view Mount Fuji. Absolutely loved the experience!

Spacious and super clean room, friendly staff. A bit farther away from the train station, recommend taking taxi (about 10mins drive and cost ~2500yen) if you are not driving.

Tropical Interior With Amazing Mt.Fuji View”
Mt.Fuji just in front outside of veranda looking so beautiful closely onto your face. Breath taking view while sitting and sipping coffee or relaxing inside an open air hot tub.Breakfast meal was great, the presentation absolutely beautiful.Eating while Mt.Fuji view looks stunning, 10/10 perfect vacation, wanna visit again❤️

The best place if you want to relax! Rooms are very spacious and open-air bath feels amazing. Also the view on Fuji Mt. from the room is honestly breathtaking. Dinner and breakfast were super delicious, and volume was more than expected! It was a heaven for our mouths. Me and my partner had a really great time, and all staff members were very polite and friendly. The service is on a really high level. It was my partner’s b-day trip and the staff prepared a special birthday plate and took us a picture which was framed later and handed to us as a gift. It was really heartwarming surprise. We highly recommend the place and it is definitely worth all the money! We will be definitely coming back!
