"Cannot beat the rates in Fukuoka for a hotel. You may find cheaper at guest house but you will be bunk bead dormitory style and everyone sharing bathroom and showers. The staff are very courteous and professional and it is located outside of the crowded city near a beautiful park. 2-3 min walk to the subway station and don't forget the buffet breakfast that is included. "I booked this hotel for my family for one night as they arrived in Fukuoka one day earlier than me. Due to some reasons, we couldn't book a rental car for our trip in kyushu until we arrived in Fukuoka. My family was lucky enough to meet the wife of the hotel chain's boss. I heard that they have hotels in other cities as well. The boss' wife was very helpful and was able to help us book a car after making a few phone calls. My family and I are very grateful to her kind assistance. As we have 3 elderly family members traveling with us, it would be difficult to travel around kyushu without a car in winter. "

"Our stay was excellent. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive and most could speak English well. The hotel is not close to any subway, but the bus stop is located right at the hotel for easy transportation. It has good views of the Fukuoka Tower or the Fukuoka Yahoo Dome. Within walking distance to the Hawks Town Mall and Fukuoka Tower. Has it's own Family Mart convenience store in the lobby. Has a good number of restaurants available in the lobby. No wireless internet in the rooms, but has high-speed service in the rooms and wifi in the lobby. Room is a little worn in some places such as stains on the carpet or chips in the walls and bathroom vanity, but overall a great place to stay."

"They don’t reply to your query but they will grant your request if they can. I requested for early early check-in but I didn’t expect that they will grant my request. Location is okay. It is situated between hakata and tenjin. You can walk from Hakata to Tenjin then to the Hotel (if you have the endurance ☺️). Hotel is very near to Fukuoka Castle, Subway Station (Kuko Line) and Airport. Though the interior of the hotel is a bit old still value for money is okay, they provided complete amenities and most importantly free breakfast! Oppss not just breakfast, it’s a buffet breakfast and unli coffee (either hot or iced). Highly recommended!!Will definitely book again in this hotel if I come to visit Fukuoka again! "
