What a treat, staying at Kristin's farm. Beautiful living area above the loft with outlook over the paddocks.

The room was huge and gorgeous with an amazing view. Host turned on heater and lights ahead of our arrival. Room was very clean and well maintained.

One of the bed mattresses was not super comfortable. Wifi did not work and couldn't go outside to access it as instructed bc it was raining.

Kirsten is extremely friendly , approachable & accessible.

The property was wonderful. The only problem we had was the air was preset to I believe 72 and that was just too uncomfortable for both of us. So sleeping was a problem.

Location was an absolute surprise! Such a wonderful experience.

Nothing at all

This is an amazing place to stay! it is comfortable and beautifully maintained. it is a great alternative to the standard motel/hotel accommodations. The owner made sure menu’s, local books and mini refrigerator, coffee station and snacks were available. I already have a new vacation planned for another vacation. I highly recommend the inn!

everything was wonderful

Fantastic restful location on a lovely horse farm. The host Kirstin is very welcoming, as well as her friendly dogs Maddie and Avery! I went alone but the enormous 800-sqft room would be perfect for a family retreat. I'd love to revisit with my family and enjoy peaceful time at the property.

Quiet.

No WiFi. Or, at least not the night I was there. I had to go to the local library the next day to do 2 hours of work. Not a big issue but folks who are committed to a Zoom meeting or important video meeting (virtual celebration of life, doctor's appointment, etc.) should consider a place in town. No hot spot access either.

A gorgeous, working farm with wonderful furry greeters in a border collie and golden who were about as friendly as they could be. The space itself is huge and comes equipped with a wee fridge and coffee setup. It was comfortable and peaceful and quiet and is a great base for exploring the area.

We enjoyed the surroundings, it was Peaceful. You can watch the horses graze and the two dogs always greeted you upon arrival and departure

This is a beautiful and serene property and the loft is very comfortable from the couch and chairs to the beds.

This was farther out of town than I had expected but it was very nice once I found it.

There are no meals provided. There is coffee, tea and water and some snacks, but no meals. Everything is pretty much shut down in Leiper's Fork from Monday until Thursday. Thankfully, there was a Shell gas station within a mile that had a deli in the back that provided pizza, hamburgers, etc. It is clearly misleading in the description that Booking.com gives as to meals provided. Also, misleading on Booking.com, this is one big room with two queen beds. There are no other rooms to be rented out. Under the description it sounds like there are more than one, but there is not. You might want to clear that up. And I did not need a washer or dryer, but I did not see one and I believe you list that also. I had a hard time connecting to the internet, but, it is in the country.

Just wish I had of known all the restaurants are closed from Monday until Thursday and nothing is really happening unless you drive into Franklin.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, and elegant country retreat. Has all necessary amenities. We check the electrosmog pollution level of all rentals that we stay in and this one scored an A+ for being in the green and at the lowest level. While some hotels seek to gain customers with the "fastest wifi", many other travelers look for a refuge where they can rest their heads without constant wifi/RF exposure. Full Circle Farm is just that refuge... just minutes from Lieper's Fork and downtown Franklin. We highly recommend.

I ate breakfast in the town of Leipers Fork, about 2 miles from the farm. I

I’m older so the stairway up to the loft is more difficult than for someone younger. The last step to the ground level is rather deep, and if you need to hold the railing going up or down be careful not to get a splinter from the weathered wood.

It is a beautiful location - a farm among other farms. There is only one apartment on the farm - a converted loft on the second floor of a barn. It is just magnificent. The beauty and peacefulness is amazing. The front deck looks down on pastures with horses. It is the nicest place I have ever stayed. Kirstin is wonderful and her two dogs are a special treat.
