You will not regret staying at this place. The room is spacious and the owner is very welcoming and warm. He even went out and go guava juice for me when I first arrived. He also got a really nice roof top view that oversees the Nile and Valley of the kings. I highly recommend the hotel!!

Excellent location right on the river, private rooftop to watch the sunset. Hosts were phenomenal, they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Apartments were hugely spacious, and fitted with everything we could need. Would go back in a heartbeat.

1. The views from the terrace and rooftop (shared), absoluteky amazing. You can sit there and relax. 2. The dinner they served us (home-made), very good and not expensive at all. 3. The appartment (top floor one) is big, air-conditioning in the rooms, little terrace with a view of the Nile and Luxor in front. 4. Washing machine 5. There is an ATM and a supermarket by the house, which is really convenient. At the supermarket, normal prices (you can relax!) 6. Public ferry (5 EGP for non-egyptians) is really close and convenient 7. The owners are helpful and nice.
Just to make it perfect, I'd put a tablecloth to protect that nice wood table, kitchen paper or napkins, and a couple of kitchen towels. Also, a nightstand reading light would be nice.

The services and the care provided , Mustafa and Mohammed were very helpful in terms of pre-arranging our pick up from the train station , to helping us setup our tours and advice they provided to our air travel back, The common terrace is also an excellent location to watch the sunset and enjoy the view

Very friendly, polite and nice owner. A safe place. Mustafá can help you book hot air balloon flights, if you wish at very competitive prices. Apartment fully equipped with everything you need. Very large and bright. Clean. Wifi included works very well. The best area of ​​Luxor to stay, extremely quiet. Rooftop overlooking the Nile River. Wonderful. Right in front there is a very good restaurant and also in the surroundings there are others where you can eat and also drink. I recommend this hotel and it is worth staying there.

The house is close to the public ferry and the private boats for the east side. The room was clean and spacious, bathroom clean, water running good. Mostafa the owner is very helpful and can help in arranging the tours or the transfers around. Area is very budy with people, very good food and restaurants. Breakfast is nice too, basic and tasty.
Only thing is the taxi arranged by Mostafa which was a misunderstanding on the exact time and order of visiting the sites but it was not big problem. This only has to be specified how the taxi is going around and in what order because in contrary the trip will be extra charged. as Better to go visit sites on east bank only or west bank then change to the other side. Most of the archaeological sites on the west bank are very close minutes between each so no need of long drives.

The apartment is quite large, with all facilities, overlook the Nile, with full moon on the days we stayed. 1,5km from public ferry which is very confortable and quick at 5 LE per pax. 200m from a convenient store and many restaurant nearby.
The road in front of the apartment is just sandy, a lot of dust everytime a car passed by

Great place, I would stay again.”

Top floor terrace with a view of the Nile, Host was very helpful arranging meals and transportation. If arriving from the airport I suggest a taxi to the Winter Palace, walk across the street and take a boat straight across the Nile to this property. It saves at least 20 minutes of travel time.
Slightly difficult conversing with the host because of the language barrier, but texting with WhatsApp solved most of this.

Really great location right on the west bank of the Nile with restaurants and small market nearby. Quick walk to ferry to east bank. Beautiful views from the terrace and rooftop. A/C worked very well. Free laundry was offered.
Kitchen maintenance could be improved. Some of the cabinet doors and the whole front of the cabinets were falling off or loose. The water pump didn't always kick on, which meant sometimes no water pressure when you open the faucets.

Most memorable stay”

There are no words to describe how wonderful are the apartments at Full Moon. It's just the most relaxing, comfortable stay one can have in Egypt. Unfortunately during my stay I got sick but Mostafa, the owner, took good care of me by bringing food and medicines and always checking on me. I cannot be more grateful for his assistance and genuine care. The best is that the food comes directly from Mostafa's organic farm so I have been eating healthy, homemade, organic food for a very modest price. What a treat! Mostafa can also organize trips to the various tourist, historical places in Luxor, Answan, Abu Simbel, and more. As he is well respected and connected, he knows tour guides and car drivers that help his guests without charging the much higher fares that tour agencies charge the tourists. I highly recommend to anyone to stay at Full Moon, enjoy the great homemade, organic food, and book some of the tours organized by Mostafa.

The best place to stay in Luxor”

It’s the perfect place for those that look for comfort while at the same time being near main tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. The apartment has a nice bed, a powerful shower and the best wifi I had anywhere else in Egypt. The owners, Mostafa and Ali, along with Mohanned who works there go above and beyond to make the guests’ stay a memorable one by doing their best to meet any requests. They can prepare fresh, delicious homemade meals with vegetables, meat, and fruits from their organic family farm. They can also help with organizing trips to the temples, the Valley of the Kings and of the Queens and any other historical landmarks, or the hot baloon experience which is something to really not miss. They can also organize trips to Aswan, Philae Temple, and Abu Simbel temple, which I think it’s wonderful since they are not easy to reach. I love the fact that they have the most affordable and reasonable prices. I appreciate that they don’t pressure anyone into anything but they instead leave the option of choosing whether accepting their help or not. That’s one the reasons why I keep going back. Location, location, location! This is at a great location, right on The Nile. It’s not too far from all the most popular tourist sites on the West Bank. Also close to the public ferry if you want to go over to the East Bank. The owner, Mostafa, and the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. He even let us check out late since we had a late flight.
