Perfect for the Airport”
We had an early morning flight from Taoyuan International Airport so needed somewhere to stay with easy access to the MRT. This hotel is literally above the MRT station A8 which has the express trains stopping here before going on to the airport. The staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable with everything you need. Will use this hotel again when travelling to Taiwan.

Fantastic location from airport and super polite staff ”
If you need to stay in taoyuan, I highly recommend this hotel. It is connected to mrt station A8, which is one of the stops that the taoyuan express train stop at. It’s a short 15 min train ride to airport terminal 1. The front desk staff are polite and the room looks new and clean.

Connected to Airport Express MRT stop A8. Hotel has a mall with plenty food choices. Buffet breakfast was superb in terms of choices. Staff accommodating and friendly (special mention is Steven). Hotel also has work lounge on 5th floor with free access. There is also a self-service laundry (washing machine) area on the 7th floor.

Access to the hotel could not be easier, and having the MRT stop virtually at the hotel is wonderful with luggage. The staff was always pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffet is more than enough to satisfy. The Fullon Hotels do not disappoint!!

New Clean and Convenient with Metro access to Taipei main station.”
The hotel super conveniently connects with MRT and compact sized mall, which contains several restaurants and a small supermarket, enough to find something to eat during our stay. Muji, Watson and Family Mart are also in the mall. Several options for hotels entrances. You can enter by front street, or just exit the MRT gate and few steps into the mall, walk through Muji and the hotel's elevator was just in front of you. Save during rainfall. It takes about 15 mins to Taipei Main Station. We had stayed there twice, and might come back. The only downfall is there is nothing much to do in Taoyuan, we went to Outlet mall, and a beautiful temple, and ended up commute to Taipei almost the rest of our stay, still convenient.

Everything in the hotel is just good. First the location it’s very convenient for airport transportation. The facility inside the room from big to small are delicate. The room is larger than average same type of room in Taoyuan, even in Taipei. Worth the value but still affordable.

Easily accessible, you walk to the hotel from the MRT exit and take the elevator to the lobby. Mall and restaurants are just downstairs. There was a waiting lounge with free coffee and biscuits where we could wait until check in time. Lounge is also open to guests for breakfast fruit and tea or coffee. Fruits given for free at the room. There is a spa, with hot pool steam and sauna bath, and gym for the use of guests. Rooms very clean with automatic toilet seats. Staff super helpful to the point of they open doors for you with a smile! Will definitely come back to this hotel. Keep it up!

Great location, connect with A8 station. Nearby the airport, if you wanna travel aroud new Taipei, it's quite good. There are many shops and food courts such as Family mart , Watson, Muji, etc.All staff is very good. Especially "Winnie Chen" She's very kind and helpful. She helped us a lot to contact with the rental car agency.

Nice Place to layover”
I used this hotel for a layover coming in from France and leaving the next day for mainland China - it is a little further from the airport than I expected but no real problem. Excellent welcome, good staff and a nice bar to get a beer. The room was good. I was well looked after and would recommend for a layover as it is next to the MRT should be fine for visiting Taipei itself. Will come back in the future

The hotel is good! it has access to the metro station (both to town and to airport) it was a one night stay, thus cannot fully try all the facilities provided by the hotel. Nevertheless, the staff are very polite and helpful. They greet us with a smile on their face. The room is huge, the location is conveniently connected with global mall. Worth staying :)

Great service and clean, big single room”
Nice and clean single room, providing comfortable sleep to adjust my jet leg. Due to short stay, didn’t use any facilities at the hotel, however they offer free drinks, gym and spa. Appreciate the hospitality of staff there who offers shower opportunity as I arrived early before checkin time. The direct connection to the airport subway is truely convenient, allowing easy access to airport, hsr and outlets nearby. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great location. Property is just opposite the Airport MRT. There is a shopping centre downstairs, you can get pretty much you need there. Staffs are friendly and helpful. A great ideal for people who would like to chase the flight next day. Definitely will come back.
