Both my wife and I enjoyed our 1 night stay in this hotel as our flight was early in the morning the next day and the distance from this hotel to the airport was 20 minutes by taxi. It saved us the strength of going by the Airport MRT train. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean but a little small. The morning breakfast buffet spread was good and with instant brewed coffee machine. If time permits, I would had slowly enjoyed the plentiful spread. A highly recommended for those who are on transit or a short stay in Taoyuan but be prepared to travel by taxi from the Taoyuan A8 train station and to the airport by taxi. It's definitely at least a 4star hotel !

The location is great. It’s very convenient and there’s complimentary parking lot. The breakfast was included. However, the sound proof is terrible. Also, the gym is too small. There should be more machines.

My flight landed late in the night, and I arrived at Fullon-Taoyuan shortly after mid-night. The staff at the counter warmly welcome me and in 10 minutes I was in my top-floor room. The room was very clean and everything was neat. I slept very restfully even though I had jet leg. The hotel is within walking distance from a bus stop where I took a bus to a Taipei rapid transit station. The buffet breakfast was a little too pricey since I don't need a big meal in the morning. I was happy to find a MacDonald next door. Before my trip started, Agoda customer service quickly and accurately provided me with the transportation information between the airport and hotel upon my inquiry.

Average Business Hotel in Taoyuan”
this was my first stay at fullon hotel taoyuan. while rated as a 4-star hotel, i would rather rate it at 4 stars. check-in was fast and efficient, check-in staff spoke decent english. the room is standard size but very clean and comfortable. mattress of the bed is neither too hard nor too soft. bathroom has both a tub and a shower stall. the shower's water pressure is good. room has all standard features one might expect. both lan and wifi internet access are available, although the wifi signal was weak and not always working. i only ate breakfast at the hotel which was the only real negative point. variety and quality of the breakfast spread is so-so. i did not try the recreatiinak facilitis i.e. swimming pool / sauna / gym, and did not eat et at any of the other restaurants in the hotel. overall the hotel staff appeared to be service minded and very friendly. if you need a hotel not too far from the airport (10 minutes drive) and/or have business in taoyuan, then the fullon hotel is a decent choice. there are numerous restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel including a good thai restaurant just across the street.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and luxurious. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when next flying via Taoyuan airport and need to overnight. Had a room on top floor with a view of the area, very quiet and would pay the extra for such a room again. Welcoming and friendly reception staff, spa area superb - lovely surroundings for hotspring (unfortunately the pool was closed for annual maintenance the only day we were there, and we were not given prior notice about this). Clean, tidy, nice new decor and furnishings. Lovely. Only disappointment -would expect such a hotel to offer "proper" coffee for breakfast, and have a better selection of cereals, toast and yoghurt for western guests.

Excellent hotel for a comfortable stay”
we chose it because it was near friends in taoyuan and also only a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. in the better side of town, near the performing arts centre and lots of local shops. the service was most attentive and welcoming. they looked after us really well. we happened to be there on a chinese valentine's night, and had a superb meal in the restaurant - 7 courses for a very reasonable price. rooftop pool was great even when the sun was not shining. breakfast was loads of choice and as much as you wanted of chinese or western food.

A Real Gem”
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. I still can't believe that we got two deluxe rooms for what I would expect to pay for only one room in Taoyuan. We will definitely stay here again during stop-overs or for a few days of urban adventure. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us when we had some problems with changes to our flights.

Pros: Polite staff great onsen. (there are 2. indoor and outdoor which is rotated between men and women use every week.) many good restaurants around, including McDonalds located in an upscale residential area of Taoyuan. Surrounded by nice buildings. Cons: Hotel is dated but very clean.

I picked up my luggages sent to this hotel from Fullon Sanyin earlier.The service was great.The Front Office staff directed me where to buy another luggage bag,the shopping mall about 5mins walk from hotel.It was raining cats and dogs on that day and the hotel provided in house-guests with the hotel's house brand umbrella,very comforting!Called taxi through hotel, cabby provided excellent service.I enjoyed my 20days stay in Taiwan from 26Jan-14Feb 2011.Thanks!

Short stay with good experience”
I was catching an early flight from Taoyuan Airport, so I stay at this hotel instead of one in Taipei. So my stay is only overnight and it already impressed me with good experience. I went out to take a walk around, when I return i realised that I left my room key in the room. The reception promptly remember me and provided me with a replacement.

Value for money, one of the best choice to stay ”
ullon hotel is one of the quality hotel I ever stayed in Taoyuan, which provided good customer service and friendly staff. The hotel is round 20-25 mins drive from Taoyuan Express train station by taxi. There is a lovely Thai restaurant nearby the hotel which you may try for a fine dinner. Also, the McDonald is just opposite the road. Overall, I feel satisfactory to stay at this hotel and I would recommend to friends and families.

Comfy place to stay”
We stayed for a night before our flight. It was a bit far from the Taoyuan International Airport about 20-40mins taxi ride depends on the traffic. It will cost you around 400-500NT dollar going to the airport. The buffet breakfast was good and have more variety compared to other hotels. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel was just opposite the mcdonalds, within 5-10 mins walk you can reach KFC and carrefour. Inside Carrefour you can also shop like esprit, timberland, puma, net brands and etc as they have outlets inside the store. It's about 10-15 mins taxi ride going to the shopping mall (Taimall).

Great service in a wonderful location”
i decided tocstay overnight in taoyuan at the last minutes. i did not know whether i need to stay 1 night or 2 nights. so, i just booked one night just to be conservative. my plan called for gettngup very early at 5:00pm so i really need to have a quiet place and so i can have plenties of rest. this is exactly what foolun provided me. i was very pleased
