For someone looking to save money while staying near all convenient Bangkok leisure spots, I would recommend this place. Not a 4 star accommodation but decent enough for a good night sleep while on the go

Staff were friendly & very helpful. Unfortunately I was placed right over the top of the laundry / possibly live in staff quarters. So was noisy at late & early hours. Comparatively close to amenities,5-10min walk-Street food,7/11 etc There are a few wat in the area to walk to-goto place where there are Two opposite each other (One is Big Pagoda style) they are unlike any I've seen in Thailand & Very Cool. and a small but Very Good street/food market 10-15 mins walk (or just down road by biketaxi)

If you are staying there you need to take taxi to nearest metro station. At least 30 mins drive. The hotel is in a back alley. You need 10 mins walk to the nearest food place.

Average place with no working balcony lock”
For this price I have almost zero expectations. But a working lock should be given at any time. This was not the case, the balcony stayed unlocked during our stay, we figured that out on the last night. Balconies in general are easily accessible from others!

Room very tiny. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows & the bed CRACKS HEAVILY every time I move even for an inch. (For other couples, never stay here.) Bathroom also VERY tiny, no tissue! At least shower properly hot and air conditioner properly works. This is too much even for a budget hotel. With this price, you can get a lot of BETTER place in around 1km near here. Never gonna stay again.

Is very shabby and doesn’t is like on the pictures. I do not recommend to stay here!
