Above average experience. Just be warned, anyone having problem to go to sleep with noise might not enjoy the stay here due to the noise at the nearby bistro (which usually ends around 3 am in the morning during weekends). And had to drop the "Cleaniness" section to 3 stars because I literally found 2 cockroaches. You know what that means, I assume.

Location is good, nearby the Waterfront and the city. Room were clean. Good staff. They responded well and fast. Very helpful. TV channels were very limited. Chairs and tables were missing from the room. Only bed and dressing table available in the room.

my room was 301. third floor. only tv got problem .tv cannot display properly. staff very friendly. we enjoy our stay there. worth every RM. Cleanliness at its best. keep it up!

Surrounded by entertainment outlet”
I'm in Kuching for work purposes and went out from the room in the morning and comeback at midnight everyday. Its a suitable place for me because I just need to shower and sleep. The only issue is because the motel is surrounded by entertainment outlets, its kinda hard to sleep because of the noise. Thats all

No water dispenser to drink water, but only hot water provided Bathroom's door knob is loose Bed frame's leg very easy to get hit by human's leg No lift service, only stairs to go upper floor

Horrible staff”
Book 2 rooms to store luggage awaiting to depart for night flight after communicating with property owner. Late evening, a different staff came into one of our room without knocking on door and told us to pack up and leave citing police raid, they want to clean the place. We asked why, as rooms were booked for the night and we are waiting for grab to pick us up to airport, he then said we are only allowed to stay till 7.30pm. We left at 8pm once grab car arrived. Will NOT come back again, nor recommend this to travellers. Shower was run down, floor dusty in room and has smell.

10mins walk to Waterfront, so easy access to food. Stayed at family room, 4 flight of stairs, a bit hard for older people. But staff was helpful, even brought our luggage up.

The room is big, and clean. Location is great, which some of the tourism places are reachable by foot. There are many restaurant and cafe too surrounding the hotel. However, it is too near the pub/cafe, which the loud music might disturbing you at night. Overall, big room with good location.

if you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room, then this place is a good place. the surroundings, however, a bit dark at night but since the place is very near to bars and pubs, you might find a few people hanging out near the place. the staffs are quite helpful and friendly.

We were unfortunate as our room's bathroom door was not attached. The door was there, so everytime we want to use the bathroom, we have to close it manually. The place is quite noisy too at night as there's a bar downstairs. However the staff are very nice and helpful.
