Amazing and comfortable stay at the Fusion Suites Saigon. The rooms are comfortable and spacious which made for a relaxing stay! The front desk staff is friendly, easy to communicate with and accommodating. They made our stay easy and smooth. The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and main tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of fresh food (western and asian) and fruit. The dinning staff was always welcoming and thoughtful. Thank you Khai, Dieu and Nhan - they provided great and professional service every morning. Thank you also to Kiet, who helped us plan our stay in Ho Chi Min City- he provided us a map and showed us a the main attractions and must sees and how to get there- it took the hassle out of figuring out what to do. He also recommended other day tours outside the city that were very interesting- we wish we had more time to do them but we will definitely the next time we stay here! Really enjoyed our stay here because of the amazing customer service of all of the staff! Definitely recommend and will stay again!

This is my second time booking at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. As always, all the staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and super accommodating, making every stay feel effortless and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient, surrounded by great spas and coffee shops, and just a short walk to my all-time favorite Michelin vegetarian restaurant, which makes it even more special for me. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional cleanliness. It’s absolutely spotless. Honestly, nothing compares, not even some 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. This place has truly become my second home in Saigon. On top of everything, the team went above and beyond by treating guests to a special Christmas breakfast buffet, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back again!

Our hotel has been amazing and the bed was so comfortable. The room was beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Housekeeping and turndown was done daily, which was very nice. Just one small incident where the pillow case looked like it had lizard droppings after turndown, but it was promptly rectified after we called the front desk. The staff did try to step in with his shoes to change the pillow case, which was odd as our shoes were all placed at the entrance. The shower could also be further improved as it is not fully enclosed and creates quite a big splash in the bathroom. The water pressure was also too low to fully enjoy the rain shower. Overall, we still really enjoyed our stay here as it was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was simple but delicious. Be sure to visit Sa Spa opposite the hotel, we went every day because it was that good!

Had an excellent stay at Fusion Suites Saigon. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They were consistently professional and warm. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a calm, minimalist aesthetic. I particularly liked the wooden finish that gives the entire hotel a natural, relaxing vibe. Location is ideal, close to the central district yet tucked in a quieter road, perfect balance for business and rest. Breakfast options were varied and of good quality, served fresh daily. Overall, a great experience - efficient service, strong value, and a hotel I would gladly stay in again.

Located near district 1, my husband and i booked this hotel after seeing many nice reviews on tiktok. We booked the suite double room through agoda, somehow we were mislead from the pictures on agoda that the room comes with a bathtub but the room allocated to us didnt have one. Generally the room is great, though lighting is a bit dark (it was difficult for me to get ready). I love that they provided cute indoor slippers that made it easy to move around. Service staff were very kind and helpful, our check in and check out processes went very smoothly. The breakfast menu changes everyday, with a nice spread of vietnamese cuisines, fruits and salad. The hotel has a gym but we didnt get to go 😅

Fusion Suites exceeded all expectations - decor, comfort, service; thoughtful furnishings like reading lights, nicely partitioned room with well placed lightings, very big and luxurious bathroom, in house spa with excellent masseuses, unbeatable location near the heart of the city as well as the green lung of the city. The breakfast buffet also keeps it fresh by changing up the hot item offerings each day that I was there - very nice touch! And the icing on the cake would certainly be the wonderful staff, who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I would stay here again and again, each time I am in HCM!

Almost Perfect Stay! Just Wish the Gym Was Open

We had an overall exceptional stay! The rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. The hotel’s location and facilities made our stay very comfortable and convenient. However, we were quite disappointed that the gym was unavailable for our entire stay, as it was one of the key reasons we chose this property. We had been looking forward to using it daily but ended up needing to find nearby gyms instead, which was inconvenient. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we truly appreciated the hotel’s hospitality. We hope the gym facilities will be available again soon, that would have made the experience perfect.

I was so glad the Fusion Suites Hotel turned out to be exactly how it looked online. We were greeted by staff to help with luggage as soon as our car arrived. The corner room and bathroom were beautiful (although a partially obstructed view with the building next door and the curtains unable to open in the corner). The room was everything we could’ve ask for and the housekeeping (cleaned twice a day) and staff at the front desk were so helpful. My boyfriend said this was his favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in. I’m hoping a room will be available when we return again for a visit.

The room is exceptionally big and clean. Although the shower area has no door, it is no problem for us. The front desk staff was really helpful in recommending places to show and changing of smaller notes. The breakfast buffet changes daily. The staff, Ryan, who has many years working overseas and conversant in chinese, was great and friendly. He recommended us how to drink vietnamese coffee in a way that is palatable and which good local place to go with accurate information. We hope to stay in fusion hotels in our future holidays in other countries.

We enjoyed our stay here. The corner room was spacious and allowed plenty of natural light. The hotel itself has a new modern look focusing on natural wood elements but incorporating that new clean feel. Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating from check in, breakfast service, and check out. They even helped me out by exchanging and breaking my larger Vietnamese bills smaller to pay for a taxi. The only downside of this place would be that there is some construction going on next door and around the corner which makes walking in that direction hard, but that is not the hotel’s fault and is just a minor inconvenience. The corner room we had was beautiful and clean. Extremely spacious and even had a little kitchen area with bowls, utensils, mini fridge, microwave and a sink. This made getting food delivered easy to eat in our room which is a pleasant and thoughtful experience that not many hotels to the extra mile for. The bathtub was grand and unique. It looks as if it’s floating and is very picturesque. The shower is an open concept which is very standard to Vietnam. There’s no screen or door blocking so it does get the floor of the bathroom wet. We do wish the shower and bath tub were next to each other so if the floor got wet it would only be in that area and nowhere else in the bathroom. The shower was right next to the door so it was a bit annoying that the floor entering and exiting the bathroom would be wet. Bed was a bit firm but bedding was comfy. Breakfast was decent, their daily soups of the day were tasty. Coffees and teas served from the cafe were also delicious and high quality. Overall, I’d recommend a stay here due to how nice the room and hotel is. The location is convenient due to it being in District 1 and walkable to tourist hot spots like Cho Ben Thanh and many food spots.

My fiance and I will definitely return to this hotel next time we are back in Ho Chi Minh. The location, the cleanliness, and the service was exceptional. Accidentally booked 2 non refundable rooms and they refunded me the duplicate. They were accommodating to the requests that we had. Location is in the middle of Ho Chi Minh where you can explore. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was really good as well! Definitely recommend

Love the size of the room and location of the hotel. Would recommend staying again. The cleaning crew did a great job. The front desk staff were polite but so the minimun. A little troublesome with food deliveries. They don't let the driver up, don't deliver it up themselves and don't even call when they have received the food. You basically have to hunt your food down because they store it at the back.

Hotel kindly arranged a cake for my husband’s birthday upon check in. Room is very new, comfy, clean and spacious. Location is great as well. Hotel staff are all very friendly and approachable. Ryan is very attentive throughout our 3 nights stays ensuring we enjoyed our morning breakfast. There’s a spa and eatery just foot steps away from the hotel. Highly recommend:)

We stayed at the Fusion Suites Saigon for 3 nights. Breakfast was included and they were delicious. The suites were aesthetically pleasing, clean and spacious. The staffs were kind and helpful. The location is perfect as it is just minutes away via Grab to all major attractions. The spa across the street from the hotel is also excellent.

This small hotel has rooms which is clean and large for a single person. Some rooms doesn't have windows. The room is modern and artistic. For breakfast the spread isn't a lot. As I was rushing that morning I asked for a takeaway Vietnamese coffee but was told they don't have take away cups unlike other hotel like Intercon or Fusion Originals where I stayed. I think the hotel can improve by provided take away options at least for drinks.
