I stayed here with my son and we had a pleasant stay. Location was about 25 mins from the centre. The beds and pillows were not the best didn’t have 1 good sleep out the 3 nights I was here. The staff were great and brought us to our room. The place was clean and quiet the only thing I could fault was the beds. My back was broke for the journey home. Other than that it’s was a beautiful hotel.

Excellent and friendly ”
This hotel is great, its great looking with a very nice looking reception area with some very comfortable seating, great coffee machine and nice table and chair area. The room was pretty and clean and the shower was actually really strong and nice. The staff that I met were extremely friendly, had a chat with a few and one guy even suggested places to visit and showed us on the map. Location is not exactly central however there is a tram around the corner, it goes directly to central station. Over all amazing experience would highly suggest this hotel and am sure we will be back sometime soon

The biggest problem about this hotel was their parking lot. As a person who visited Netherlands for the first time, I parked my car in front of the hotel that was no sign to show parking is prohibited. And also no one told us we shouldn’t park there while it was a designated parking space in front of the hotel. However, the next day I got a ticket (72.90 €). I am disappointed about the hotel and the government of Netherlands. Why they want to earn money from tourists like this while it’s clear that we are not familiar with the regulations. We tried our best to park in a good place but the result was like that…

Firstly Positive: The hotel is in nice location and one can reach the centre in 15 mins with Public Transport. There are number of small restaurant nearby. Reality: The check in time is 4:00 PM and if you want early check in then you have to pay 15 euros. After paying all amount via agoda, you have to pay 48 euro tourism tax and when I reached the check in counter, staff have asked 90 euro to pay and I have tried to explain that on my booking its mentioned that I have pay 48 euro tax. But that person, very aggressively told to me that I dont work for AGODA, so you have to pay 90 euro. After spending 3 hours on the call Agoda agreed to pay me balance. There is not any facility or amenities are available. As I needed hair dryer and iron, I had ask the reception and they have ask 10 euro security deposit for each. The breakfast area is too small and the staff will keep looking at your plate so you can vacant the space. I must say the staff is very unprofessional, very rude, not helpful. The staff didn't talk very nicely to us. I felt very uncomfortable as they were always making face while talking. I don't know the name of woman at reception, only she treated us very well. My suggestion is, Please dont expect a good service. Thanks
