there is a shuttle bus but you need to book early or the bus will full. but don't worry if the buss full we can used grab (8-10ringgit). for family better stay in here, very clean room, free wifi and there is a small kitchen.

New hotel located on the hill!”
Overall stay was good and fun. Booked it earlier and got full board which includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with super cheap price. Prices escalated double when near to New Year. Shuttle bus provided upon prior booking through app for free, fetch to first world hotel and pick up at the same place. Was very satisfied with this hotel.

Great Weekend Getaway.”
The room is very nice with a comfortable bed and pillows. Everything in the room is clean and new. I like the seating area with a sofa, carpet and tv. The receptionist is very friendly and nice, giving us a complementary late checkout. They have a limited outdoor parking in front of the hotel but we parked at Ion Delemen Hotel parking. We drove here so have no problem driving to First World Hotel area even though it is foggy and the wind is very strong at 10pm. My husband and I really enjoy our stay here, a nice short weekend getaway not far away from home. We will stay here again if we come to Genting in future.

Great stay at this slow season”
Had a quick gateway at G-Luxe over the weekend. Due to Covid-19 outbreak, hotel occupancy was very very low.. hardly see other guest throughout my stay. If you want peace and quiet, it's a good time to go now. Hotel caters mainly to China guest and can be seen throughout the way it's presented. Not sure how it'd be like when business returns to normal. love the heated pool. it was empty throughout my stay and had a good time to relax. Staff are super friendly and attentive. Check in was quick and efficient. Downside: 1) Building is not built with the weather in mind.. many open corridors hence because of the weather, walkways are damp and wet. Becareful when walking especially on older shoes. Slipped and almost fall a couple times. I doubt the place will remain as the same condition if nothing is done. The sister hotel Grand Ion Delemen is already showing signs of weather wear due to design flaw (mould smell, paint peeling, etc).

For those going to Genting Highlands, my advice not to stay the hotel as it is too far and shuttle bus must be book early as first come first serve. Shuttle bus only provide from 9am to 12am and is hourly. As for hotel is good and nice if you stay within hotel for staycation.

Pro - Newly built, great Wifi Speed, Spacious room with reasonable price, Superb Clean, Friendly Staff, Great for an escape far from bustling Kuala Lumpur. Cons - Noisy due to construction, The Carpark is in another Building, No nightlife, Hard to get food after 10pm, far from the themepark.

Driving to the hotel was scary but fun due to heavy mist and cloud making it hard to see what’s in front of you. But the road was wide. Apartment was very clean and new.

The room is big and clean, that makes me feel comfortable. The only small defect is when the wind is strong, you might hear the banging sound of the door outside the room between the balcony and the air compressor, and this can be quite irritating. Suggest the hotel management can look into this issue and fix it. So that it will make the stay more pleasant for the guests.
