The first time I came to this hotel was fine and the breakfast was choice and delicious, but one month later I came back disappointed that her service was slow, her staff was so inhospitable and the breakfast was little. Plus I got a hot room unit that AC didn't work and didn't change rooms after three times I checked in. I hope the customer can do well in the future

Tidak ada makan vegetarian. No vegetarian food available. In morning free breakfast, I told to make one dish of vegetarian food but they denied and ask me to order veg food and pay separately.

Far Beyond My Expectation”
Though I booked only the cheapest room type (Strait Times Room), far beyond my expectation, I got the quality of real 4-star hotel. Bed was so comfy. Room was large & clean. Lighting was good, not too dark nor too bright. Even carpets on the corridor of each floor were so soft & thick. Fitness center was also amazing with high-end facilities. Swimming pool was small & a little bit creepy with Bekantan monkeys' statue, but was ok. Probably this is the most value-for-money hotel so far in Banjarmasin. With this price (average price of budget hotel), you can get much higher quality than what you pay.

I stayed only for one night and it cost me more than it should. The room should be non smoking, but I couldn't get it since no available ones it the same rate. They ask me to pay aditional 300K IDR so that they can upgrade to non smoking room Not only this case, but also the wifi connection. It refreshed and asked for password in a very short period. The qualiity also was so poor. Their IT even came and gave me another user account to be used But it wasn't improved a lot It won't be my option to stay in Banjarmasin for next time

It Does Not Meet 4 Star Standard Hotel”
G-Sign is a refurbished hotel. So, they are only change of hotel name. Nikkei room is small. Facility in the room is very basic like any budget hotel. It does not meet 4 star standard hotel. Breakfast had variety menu but not tasty. No restaurant nearby the hotel. You must take taxi to every where. Fifty thousand rupiah per destination is a fixed rate for taxi in Banjarmasin. So, guest need to travel long distance to maximize taxi fare. Any short distance travel is disadvantages for guest @ 50.000 rupiah/ trip.

I came check in at 10 pm and thanks God they gave me up grade room, they gave me 112, but at the same time the already booked by other person, so they gave me another one at 122. The Next Day, i gave my laundry to the housekeeping staff in the motning and they sent the laundry back at 8 pm, but the didnt gave me all the stuff those i gave them before, my underpants was sent to another visitor and they had already check out. it was a bad story that i can share ..

Overall the place are Fair value for money, but unlucky me I got an experience when something went wrong with the booking administration , the staffs said I’ve booked room only services ( exclude breakfast) at the 4th day of my stay :) , wondering what happened with my breakfasts I had at the same place 3 days in a rows before
