Please do not visit this place
The place was filled with humid odors and the workers were impolite. The price is relatively cheap but I definitely do not want to recommend this hotel.

I was a business traveller.
This was my first ever visit to Yangon, and I really did not know what to expect from hotels. It was an a-star experience for services, surroundings (the beautiful lake), the general ambience, basic room comforts, and most of all the people who had lovely smiles all the time. The room-service breakfast was a bonus.

Budget hotel in Yankin area
This hotel is a few minutes walk away from the Sedona hotel and the Myanmar Plaza. The hotel staff hardly speaks English.

Pretty rough place
It was by Inya lake, however the wrong side. The more popular side was not easily accessible. A few decent restaurants. otherwise not much to do.
Stay was over all unpleasant. I thought it would be easier to get to Inya Lake, but realised we were on the wrong side after we got there. That was no big problem, and this side also had a decent walking path. However, the hotel is really run down. It is hidden back away inside a long fortified wall, and feels isolated. It is isolated, and there isn't much around. There was a very nice Italian resto near and that was the only highlight. The staff were just odd. There seemed to be about 20 staff members in the lobby, most not in uniform and unkept. Whenever we entered the lobby they seemed to all try to overly serve us. Unfortunately, the effort did not come off as helpful, but more rude and intrusive kind of service. At night, there was definitely some other business going on at this hotel, as people were walking up and down the steps all night long. I therefore couldn't sleep until about 4:30am. They also put their cleaning staff in a room right across from where we stayed. They were noisy all day and night, talking and moving around right outside our doors (literally). So it is not a comfortable place to stay, and I ended up cancelling the booking and leaving 2 days early. Not worth it, unless you really need to save money on a cheap hotel. Hotel needs renovation, staff training, less staff, better noise control, and to shut down their night business or move it away from the rooms.

I woke up in the mid night
Last day of the night, it was around 1:00am. The burmese lady was crying and shouting in front of my room with loud.... Wall is thin and empty space between the doors are available. Crying voice is easy to come through in the room. Terrible experience was made on me... And before getting in to the room, ask staff to spray anti pesticide for mosquitos.
