Great place to stay just near SM Baguio and Session Road”
Spent the first weekend of December at this place and it did not disappoint. The lobby's ambience is modernly good. The room's very clean, in-room WiFi and cable TV is working including using Youtube via the Smart TV. There is a 24-hour convenience store just a few feet away from the hotel which is a plus if you are completely awake during the wee hours of the night. We had a great stay but one thing we had a little issue is when we had our room done in the afternoon while we went out (our second day as we book 2 nights), our clothes were a little messed up as if someone tried to look for something even though we put it in their sofa cabinet at we had those clothes organized well as we mostly do. Good thing nothing was lost but the cleaning staff should not have touched it as they are safely kept and would not hinder them on cleaning the room. And also, the bathroom's flooring may need a little improvement as the water may go out as there is no step gap. A rubber stopper from the shower may be a good way to block the water as the floor towels are too wet to step on. To close out, I would still recommend this place as we enjoyed staying here and will definitely book again if we go back to Baguio. It also helps that their staff are friendly and helpful so those are a definite plus!

Fantastic Stay, Great Location”
G1 Lodge is great. Stayed in their deluxe room. The design of the hotel reminded me of the boutique hotels in Scandinavia. Modern yet warm. The staff are very hands on and attentive to our needs. We felt very much at home thanks to them. Christine stood out! The deluxe room seems small on paper but believe me it was more than adequate. It was well laid-out and every part had a purpose. Also - the BED! It was really comfortable. I slept for 10 hours the first night. Try their food too. The Honey Na Garlic Pa wings are awesome. Their flat white is great too!

I've been to Baguio 3x in the past year and my 4th visit had me try this hotel. I wish I had discovered it sooner but it as never available during my previous trips -- now I know why. Highly recommended hotel!! Room service is super fast and hotel personnel is super friendly and helpful, especially the guard at the basement who helped us with parking and our luggage. One exception is the chef at the egg station of the restaurant. She never smiles or greets us good morning, doesn't acknowledge you when you say thank you. On our third day, I had to call her attention coz she was just a heavy presence in the entire restaurant team -- and ONLY THEN did she perk up because I already snapped at her. She would not even bother asking what kind of egg you preferred, but she was always so quick to smile and gossip with her colleagues when there were no customers in front of her. She shouldn't be made to face customers coz she destroys the friendly demeanor of the entire restaurant team.

We booked 3 nights here and it I could say that its really worth it, aside from their free breakfast, the food was so good!! Worth the money!! And also the room was really spacious. They even upgraded room for our last night since we booked a different room. The staffs are really accomodating and very helpful. The location is very convenient, just in front of sm baguio and just a few steps from session road. They have clean facility. Must try their foods! Especially their flavored wings! Affordable and super yum!! Will definitely book here again!

Exceptional”
It’s been 5 yrs since the last time we went to Baguio, and my daughter and I decided to go on a trip to Baguio, she then started to look for a hotel located within the city, with reasonable price and good reviews. Luckily, we were able to booked at G1 Lodge, a few steps going to SM, bus station, Burnham Park, restos, etc… Though The room is not that big but it’s clean, with comfy bed, clean bathroom and hotel staffs are very accommodating. We enjoyed our 6 days stay and I will return here on April 2022 with my fiancé. More power to G1 Lodge and keep it up!

Overall good hotel”
We stayed here because of its location. Walking distance only from Session road and SM which are nightmare in hailing cab during rush hour. The hotel's look is very nice, and their staffs are very polite and accommodating. The room we got is a bit smaller than i expected, but enough for two persons. It is one of the few hotels in Baguio with aircon. They have cable and wifi, and I loved that their tv is equipped with netflix so we can switch to it whenever there's nothing interesting on tv. They have buffet breakfast, and the food is good though the space is quite small as some people are waiting in line due to non-availability of seats. For improvement I hope they can set up an instruction guide on how to turn the aircon on. it took me a while before i managed to open it. and also a menu for room service. i didn't know that they offer that until i read some of the reviews that you can actually order at the cafe below. but despite this we will stay here again

Modern hotel with excellent service and food and superb location!”
I really enjoyed my stay here in mid-February 2022. I was a solo traveler, and needed a comfortable place to work for a couple of days and to relax for another couple of days. I've always love Baguio and hanging out on Session Road, and since this hotel is situated just in Upper Session, it is very accessible to everything! The staff are extra accommodating too, and it helps a lot that they have a restaurant with real good food! I will definitely go back here. :)

Best Location with the Best Experience”
This was actually my first time booking our accommodation with G1 Lodge. I was amazed at how near they are to famous landmarks. And the gamechanger, SM Baguio is literally within walking distance from the hotel. I initially booked them on a different date and already arranged everything, including the QTP, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel. But we were able to rebook, and this was the time when Baguio restricted tourist travel, limiting tourists to a certain number per day. I called G1 to ask how we can expedite our QTP approval and right then and there, we got approved. I spoke with Eric, and he sure was an angel. When we came to the hotel, the front desk informed us that since it's low occupancy, they upgraded our room without any additional charge. I was so shocked and very thankful at the same time. This was my best experience so far. G1 will definitely be my go-to from now on. Thank you!

Comfortable, great location”
G1 Lodge is very near the bus terminal, a 5- minute walk. It is along a busy one-way street which allows for easy access to cabs. But if you're just going to Session Road, it's near enough to walk. The room was very comfortable; it had a big window which let in natural light (very important to me). Note that the room does not have a ref (at least the room I stayed in). This didn't matter much to me, but might be important to others.Bathroom was spacious and clean. Would recommend, and would stay here again myself.

A designer hotel right in the middle of the city”
G1 Lodge Design Hotel is a very young hotel with young and vibrant staff to pair with. What stood out for me are the staffs attentiveness and their "service with a smile." The rooms are quite ok, the size is just right for hotels within the city. We stayed at a family room, the downside is there is no closet and personal ref, I was informed that suite rooms have these. Clean bathrooms, with complete set of toiletries. Free le minerale bottled waters. Comfy bed and pillows. Buffet breakfast was served when we visited. Food is good as they use local produce which is a big plus for me as I am a proponent of local SMEs. All in all the stay was quite pleasant and will definitely go back. Kudos to the team! Would like to commend Jabi of the restaurant for the extra care when we were dining there. If she is an OJT I would definitely hire her.

G1 is a very nice hotel right across the road from SM Mall. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. The room and towels had a really nice fragrance which we appreciated. Our only negatives were that due to the size of the room, it didn't have a fridge, kettle or tea and coffee making facilities. I would consider staying in a larger style of room if you're there for more than 2 nights but would still recommend this hotel. It was great value for money given the complimentary a la carte breakfast.

Excellent! Worth of Money! ”
My husband and i enjoyed staying in G1. Cozy place and clean rooms. I loved the interior of this hotel. Location was good to us it's 3mins walking distance to SM CITY BAGUIO & SESSION ROAD. Breakfast if okay! I confused if it's breakfast or BRUNCH hahaha kidding! We chose to sit down in nook table and we opened the window and enjoyed the morning breeze. It was regret not to book our 2nd night here. But definitely when we go back to Baguio, we will stay here again!

Amazingly close to SM, to the Cathedral, to Session Road, and everything else you need in Baguio!!! The restaurant is awesome! The food, the service, the menu! Amazingly wonderful! And the room is beautiful! Very clean and so comfortable. I love the bed, the pillows and the bathroom! It's perfect!!! I wil go back there again and again!

MOST AMAZING HOTEL IN BAGUIO”
My 6th time in this hotel. And they never fail me! Best location: just 2 to 3 minutes walk to the Cathedral, to SM and to Session. Great food at the Lobby Restaurant. Great rooms. Neat and comfortable bed and pillows. I've been able to sleep really well. Friendly and very helpful Staff! All of them! I will never stay anywhere else when I'm in Baguio.

Very accessable, clean and new”
This hotel is located right beside sm baguio, centrally located in Sessions Road. Rooms are clean, neat and new. Bed is comfortable and dubet is great. Water pressure is is excellent. Staff is helfpul and accommdating. Breakfast is maybe limited in selection but taste great and presentation is excellent. Cons- walling is not sturdy, my dad slipped his feet on the wall and eventually it broke that easy :( but overall it was great!

The hotel is located near various restaurants, and is right across SM Baguio.. Their bathroom is amazing. The room is squeky clean with nice interior. Internet connection is unbelievably reliable. I was able to do a full 8hr shift with my laptop connected to their wifi. They have free parking, and free valet as well. They also have their own cafe/restaurant inside the building with awesome food. Definitely a highly recommended choice for accommodation. 😊

5 star rating for a 5-star treatment! Aside from a very modern design that I liked, the true highlight of my stay were: 1. The very friendly and helpful staff that always greeted me and ready to offer help anytime (from the kitchen staff that greeted me at the roof deck, guards, waiters: Michael, front desk and managers: Albert, Claire and Erik) 2. The panoramic view of the Baguio city and mountains at the roof deck. It’s location is right beside SM Baguio and a cross walk away from Session Road. 3. Worth it! ”
Really enjoyed our stay here in G1 Hotel. Staffs are very accoommodating, helpful and polite. The place is very slick and the room is clean. We even got to early check in which gave us longer time to relax before our adventure. Airconditioning system may need improvement for the room we were given specially this summer it is not very cold in Baguio but overall stay is great. If you want to enjoy being in the center of the city, G1 hotel is highly recommended.

Great As Always!”
It's my second time staying here in Baguio and the staff were amazing. Always greets you whenever you leave or when coming back to hotel after a long day of touring Baguio. There are still shampoo, body wash and hand soap available in the bathroom as well as towels. The only things they've removed is the buffet breakfast since they were not allowed to due to pandemic, so what they will offer is a plated breakfast. Outside calls are using their phone on your room is not yet available and their TVs does not have cable in the meantime but their TVs were already logged in for Netflix for your entertainment purposes. Over all, would definitely and will always be back to this hotel. I feel like this hotel suits as my second home in Baguio. Definitely recommended.
