    Basic facilities ”

    We booked one day and upon arrival they provide room on palace side. After occupying, with in few minutes they called and that room'was allocated to others on next day and asked us to move to another room. The linen has some stains, on reporting they changed. The room is standard one with road side view has kettle and small locker. In-house restaurant is good but they used more oil. The mutton Biryani was oily.

    Beautiful quiet ambience, good hospitality, clean room. Any amenities missing in room is provided by a courteous housekeeping staff. Only downside for me was the breakfast wasn't really great, especially the idlis.

    The stay was not the best buy it was sort of okay. The front office GSA took a really long time just to take a single check in. And another upsetting matter is that the misleading information about the room posted here in Agoda and the hotel failed to take care of that mistake.

    There is a lot of room for improvement in service. The staffs at restaurant are not very organised. Also we found an insect in our room on the first day of our stay and there were stains on the pillow covers and duvet.
