    I Recommend Gafy Resort for family stay”

    1-The Resort water have amazing coral reef 2-The hotel location is at nema pay which have a big market 3-The Room is clean and nice 4- Hotel staff is friendly 5- it's my second time went there and I plan to go for the third also my little child like the small Aqua park and hotel garden so I recommend it to a family with 2 to 5 years old childs 6- Regarding food offered at the hotel I would give food taste 7 out of 10 Food Varity 6 out of 10

    الخدمه كويسه جدا والموقع ممتاز والشاطيء رملي بشكل عام الفندق كويس بالرغم من وجود عقبات أثناء الحجز وتم إلغاء الحجز اول مره من قبل الفندق ثم تم تجديد الحجز ولكن بسعر أعلى محتاجين تنظيم للمطعم شويه وكذالك اماكن جلوس النزلاء على حمامات السباحه حيث الأماكن محدوده جداااا

    Communications with Staff Impossible”

    Tried to extend my stay by 1 day weeks in advance when there was availability but got ridiculous emails back that suggested I cancel my booking and then rebook. During COP this would have meant yet another price hike.

    We had ordered All Inclusive, but the hotel were asked for extra money for local drinks 32 USD per day. We paid. This is the worst experience of our bookings. The hotel was tolerated. The beach was good. Heated pool was good. The most better was restaurant. Very good job from restaurant manager NADY and waiter MOHAMED.

    موقع متميز ولكن الخدمة اقل من متوسطة ووقت الإفطار غير مناسب بالاضافة لعدم الاهتمام بنظافة الغرفة بالاضافة لعدم توفرليموزين للمطار او تاكسي خاص بالفندق مما اجبرني على حمل اغراضي والوقوف على الرصيف للانتظار والبحث عن التاكسي وانشاء الله تكون اخر مرة ازور هذا الفندق
