Room was big and aircon was strong. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast not too much selection but still good although indoor seating seems very limited. Polite staff. There is indomart down the street and a very delicious and cheap ayam bakar restaurant around the corner. Not too far from tourist attractions like malioboro street by grab. Only gripe is pool closes at 6pm which is too early. After a day out and about I go back to hotel to relax and swim but pool is already closed. Overall a comfortable stay and will recommend

Satisfactory enough. The staff was friendly, welcomed warmly, and helped drop the luggage from the car to the room. The check-in process was quick. I just didn't get a spot in the basement parking because it was full. I got valet parking outside next to the hotel. The room is quite spacious for a deluxe type (room 757), but the downside is there is no refrigerator and the TV isn't a smart TV. It's quite unfortunate for a 4-star hotel not to have such standard facilities. The swimming pool is clean, and towels are available at the poolside. The hotel location is easy to find, and access to Malioboro is also convenient. For breakfast, I think it was standard; the taste was acceptable. Overall, everything else is okay.
