Great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
My family of 7 stayed here for 4 days. 5 adults, 1 minor, and 1 senior citizen. We enjoyed our stay. ❤️ Location is 700meters away from Tamatsukuri Station, in a quiet neighbourhood. Nearby convenience store. Beware that most restaurants close at 9pm so its a bit difficult to look for a place to eat when its already late and you might walk a distance to find an open resto. But overall it was a very pleasant stay. The apartment building was clean and comfortable. The rooms are a little small if youre used to Western sized rooms but bigger than those in Osaka city center (which are much smaller and for a way higher price). We booked 2 rooms and we fit just right, very comfy. Our big boys though had to get used to the Japanese sized room and bed but found them to be warm and comfortable. Would definitely book here again on out next trip to Japan 🇯🇵 Thank you so much Galaxy Apartment ❤️

The place is accessible to a train station which makes the place ideal for tourists who want to explore Osaka even during late night visits. Just a 7 mins. walk from the property and you’ll get connected to the city via the interconnected ring-loop stations which give you easier access to major tourist destinations like Universal studios, Osaka castle, Namba parks, Dotonbori and etc. The property is a condo-type one so you do have more privacy. You can cook your food in the kitchen with the provided kitchenwares; strore your goods in a full-size fridge; or do-away with your laundry with its washing machine (a liquid detergent is also provided). Its a simple place where all basic necessities are ready whenever you need them. There are also nearby 24/7 convenience stores that sells a variety of services ranging from food, personal hygiene, electronic accessories, ATM services, etc. Overall, the accommodation can be perfect without the luxury perks of a hotel.

Pretty good stay”
Stayed at Galaxy Apartment for 5 nights. Overall, this was a good experience. My summary: 1. About 700m from Subway and JR Station (Tsuruhashi). If you have a lot of baggage, this could be tiring to drag through the distance. 2. Considering there are JR and Subway together (Tsuruhashi), it is very convenient to travel to tourist spots e.g. Universal Studio, Namba, Umeda, Osaka Castle. 3. The room has pretty much what you need - comfy bed, washing machine, hot shower, warm-seated toilets, and there's Lawson convenient store right around the corner for quick food stops. 4. Near Tsuruhashi station, there are many diners and Ramen restaurants (some open past midnight) in case you end up hungry. P.S. My alternative route to Galaxy (different from their email instruction): Walk left if you come from subway exit 5 until you see Domino's Pizza, turn left, go straight until you see Cosmo gas station, turn left to an alley. Make the first right turn and walk 40m, you've arrived.

Exceed expectations”
We were iin Japan for 2 weeks and staying in this apartment was the last leg of our vacation. We chose this apartment because it is on the JR Osaka loop line and the price is very very reasonable. It turned out to exceed our expectations a lot more. The apartment is clean and the layout is great. A separate bath/washing area/ toilet/ kitchen/ room and balcony. It is much much bigger than the Kyoto hotel we have stayed. The apartment is located in a very very quiet neighbourhood and very peaceful. It is clean and safe as you need a passcode to enter the main door. The downsides are you need to walk abit to reach the apartment. Stay in in an apartment means cleaning the room yourself and washing your own towels (washing machine provided in room). The area is Super quiet so nothing much to do in that area so you have to travel out. For the price paid I definitely has get more than what was paid, I will stay here again.

The apartment building is located quite some distance from Tamatsukuri station, but is a nice walk from there. Take note of where you get out of the station, since it may be confusing to get back inside. I got all the instructions via email on how to check-in and check-out. The only thing I missed was how to open the front door; it needs a PIN to unlock it. Gladly, there were some handymen working inside, so they let us in and told us about the PIN. The apartment itself had a nice size. Up to four people can stay; there's enough room for everyone if you don't bring too much luggage. The apartment was quite clean when we got there and had no trouble with the neighbors. Across the street, there's a small yet interesting cafeteria with English menu. You may have a nice breakfast there.

The Galaxy Apartment is my best stays i had during my travel to Japan, when i first saw the price i thought it was a backpacker hotel in which the facility and size of the place would be sufficient enough but not too great. but then when i first come here the place is beyond my expectation for the price. i recommend the place 4 out of 5 💛💛💛💛

only one chair provided although 4 persons staying. Apartment very small but beds were comfy. Folding bed didn't work, staff responded adequately fast to replace bed. However, I didn't think that staff should come into apartment without first informing us. Replies to messages were fast. Thank you for the overall experience.

Facilities including microwave, washing machine, refrigerator...... especially suitable for long-time staying. Bedroom and kitchen is separated so your bed won’t mess up. However it locates between 2 subway/JR stations (with different routes), which takes about ten minutes walk to arrive. (Convenience stores and supermarkets located near Station) Room is clean and tidy But no free room service is provided, the room can be cleaned by yourself or paid cleaning services. Staff can be contacted through email or staff room(office hours. Weekdays only) on ground floor, so better contact them as soon as possible when there’s any problem, it may take hours to wait for reply.

The place is nice and clean. Near the train station (Tamatsukuri) not Tsuruhashi as stated on the instructions. The host is very accommodating and prompt to inquiries. My family enjoyed this place and will surely come back on our next visit!
