Very Good Location infront of Gregory Lake & superb view”
The hotel is located in a beautiful location in front of Gregory lake. We stayed in a room with lake view side. Awesome view from room balcony. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. Value for money & So clean. Mr.Huzny who was incharge at the hotel was so supportive and helpful. I really recommend this hotel for nature lovers who visits Nuwaraeliya.Superb !!!!

Never try this hotel”
I stayed one night with my wife. In December Nuwaraeliya is cold, but there is no hot water. It seems it was a temporary problem. Last night I told the front dest I would check out at 7:00am, but no one was there on time. And I wanted to pay by my credit card, but they said ‘machine is not working’. I gave cash, but they said to me ‘there is no change’’ they rushed here and there to get change money. so Finally I transferred the amount by banking app. I forgot saying one more thing. Their computer system was wrong, so they asked me how much they had to receive from me. what a joke!

We stayed at this hotel for one night. If you are mobility challenged, this hotel is not for you. On arrival, there was a flight of steps up to the lobby, and then we were on the third floor. To get to the third floor we had to go up a very steep (about 45 degrees), long ramp, and then two flights of stairs. There is no a/c and our rooms on the third floor were in the roof space, so warm. They provided a very noisy pedestal fan. Bathroom was fine. During the night, we were disturbed by loud knocking and then it sounded as though furniture was being moved around for quite some time. When I asked the next morning what the noise was about they just shrugged their shoulders. Breakfast was good, overlooking the lake. I don't think I'd stay here again.

The price is really nice, location also, just the issue with small flying insects, not dangerous, just annoying, but otherwise, for the price, really worth. Recommend for one night stay as an eta hotel on the way to Horton Plain...

This place is amassing and located in the best viewing in the Nuwaraeliya in front of Gregory lake and garden. It was nice staying in balcony view room. Breakfast was superb and 5star rooms with all facilities. Staff was nice and friendly. This place is absolutely recommended and worth staying for money.

This is a place which could be highly recommended to someone. Value for money is worth. We stayed in the attic room in the third floor and it was an awesome room with all the facilities which allows us to see the beauty of lake Gregory. Food was very tasty with some varieties. Staff is great.

Good lake view room”
The room I got had a lake view that was pretty much blocked by a tree, but they changed my room on request the next day. The shower area was a bit too small. The gave us a plug-in heater on request; it was ok - barely sufficient. Staff was friendly. Breakfast service could have been a little better. The dhaal and paratha were cold the first morning (they brought us warm ones on request).

Dissapointted, as no lift”
We have to climb up to the 3 rd floor. No advisable for elderly people. Food was terriable when we order dinner. Breakfast was ok only. In the morning there was no water for 1/2 an hout.
