I ended up reaching this hotel when I was super sick and after a couple of hours of checking in the hotel I realised I needed medical attention. Felt a little unsure about finding the right doc in new country but our worries were unwarranted as soon as we told the hotel staff about it. Not only did they arrange transportation but also organized priority medical service at a very busy OPD and to add the hotels HR manager came along with us taking all worries away. Thankfully I recovered overnight and next morning went for breakfast and their entire staff came and checked with me if I was comfortable. I am amazed by service level and genuine concern every staff displayed. Not just the hotel staff. The hotel itself is very beautiful. If you are in Nuwara Eliya do consider this brand new hotel with lovely interiors and unmatched service. Heartfelt thank you to staff of Galway Heights

The hotel is a bit out of the way and a transport is needed to get to the city centre, but that's not a big problem. Our room was very quiet, spacious and comfortable. The shower was really nice with good pressure. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. Overall the whole experience was made really good by the amazingly friendly staff.

It was too expensive for the facility, location and service ”
The hotel location is way off the lake and not a clean neighborhood. It was noisy during the night, though it was not entirely hotel fault. No air conditioner in the room and we had to keep the windows open. Poor, slow cleaning service and breakfast is too pricey for what is offered

Hotel is way over priced. Rooms were normal for 5 star Hotel. Break fast had Limited selection. We wouldn't stay again in such Hotel

Staff was super duper friendly. The location can be easily access. Nuwara Eliya town and gregory park can be easily accessible. Rooms are clean but bit small. Food was delicious and the service is superb.
