My experience was bad. Only location was near by sea. But approach road to see is unsafe, Lot of drinkers used this lonely passage to drink. Lot of broken bottles in this passage. No maintenance at all of hotel. Lot of parking space for cars.

Strict NO NO to family”
This resort is not suitable for family members, they literally allow guests to drink in swimming pool, room, garden, bar and you see people smoking in parking area all the time. Where do you think your kid and your woman can roam? They have to stay inside the room only. The resort doesn't match the pics displayed in agoda and Google. It's completely different and non hygenic.

Not clean rooms and unhygienic pool”
Rooms and building common areas are not clean. Pool.water is very dirty you can easily see insects floating in water. Person at reception is very polite and good behavior but rest all.are waste. I was not provided with any towel ,drinking water and other bathroom soaps etc.. it was very late when I reached so did not go downstairs to ask from 5th floor(no lift or intercom), a Received after asking 2nd day. So very careless ppl. Location is very near to sea and beach but little outskirts. No TV No lift No intercom You will get only one room with AC. After reaching there I came to know that the room which i booked was not available so they gave bigger one so this is really good thing i should call out.

Poor facilities and far location from city”
We booked a triple ac room for a couple of days seeing the pictures posted here. In the room there was no dustbin, broken comode and no curtains on windows. We complained but no use. Also the room was 3rd floor and there's no lift.

Just a lodge with pool...nothing else”
Well, I booked a family outing and not sure why I have selected it. It was a last-minute booking and I regret my decision. First, it is outside Pondicherry, near to a beach which is very hard and sudden slope at the sea, so be very careful at least with the young ones. Food quality (preparation) and the taste is nothing great. I won’t call it Ok, if you do not have a choice, then go for it else try somewhere else. In breakfast, they have a fixed menu (DAILY). We stayed there for three nights :(. Staff is helpful and at the same time very rude. My father is 90 years old and at first, we were given a very cumbersome room. We cannot even walk in that room and we were 5 people travelling. Later, when I showed that in the pictures they have shown something else and, they have given us a very small room. They shifted us to the 3rd floor. Room was ok, but one should not charge 5K for that per night. We did not realise that they do not have a lift and my father had real hard time.

Not so great Stay as expected”
Booked this review after seeing the previous reviews on this site.. expect the location which is closer to sea (however route to sea is not maintained properly) and swimming pool, nothing so great about the rooms..we booked large beds and got to know from hotel staff that all rooms has same size of beds...AC was switched off for reason unknown... Rooms were not cleaned on daily basis and even bedsheets and Towels were not changed on daily basis.. Drinking water bottles were not provided even after asking.. Receptionist is rude.. breakfast was over by 930am..When informed about this, hotel staff said we can't do any arrangement for breakfast, have it outside only.. small insects were all around rooms..Even Mosquitoes were there.. Coils were provided after multiple follow ups.. No more options available for breakfast.. all the items which were kept were not hot and it looked like they prepared them in early morning.. They even said , this is what you will get when booked through Agoda..Hotel reception said they will always face problems with Agoda bookings and asked us to book through MakeMyTrip or Goibibo.. Nights were horrible as power was getting off and on multiple times with irritating sound..

Very limited food items available. Room sizes also not affordable when we consider this as a Resort. Not good value for money. The only good thing is Swimming Pool maintained neatly.
