Exactly what you pay for, but grumpy staff
OK value for money, which is what I expected. Grumpy staff and leaking room. Unhelpful staff.

Location near main subway line
Hotel was near the main subway line for linking to the other city areas in London. Breakfast is minimal, good to eat in the vicinity of London rather than at the hotel. Safer to keep your valuables locked up as the locks in the doors can be accessed easily by staff.

Exvellent Value For Money
Great Price. Cosy Rooms. Free Continental Breakfast.
All in all a good hotel for the money. Not the Shangri La, but nonetheless very good for the rate. Shows as breakfast not included, but basic offering is free, upgradeable to full English for just £3.50. Located close to tube and a good retail area. Walking distance to Hyde Park area attractions. Paid £59 for a triple. Bargain! Cheaper than a Blackpool boarding house and in central London.

My room had cockroach and spider
Location, breakfast and 24h frontal desk
Bad things: 1. There were a cockroach and a spider crawling in my room. For this reason, I asked the staff to borrow me a bottle insecticide and he asked me why. I explained and he told me he was not supposed to do so. But he was nice and came to my room with a bottle of insecticide and sprayed some for me. I also requested the staff to help change room for me but all rooms were occupied at the time. 2. The bed linen had stains on it. 3. The free wifi cut off automatically every 30 mins even when you were using it. 4. My size is petite but I still found the hotel room, especially the bathroom, was really small. 5. The room was stuffy in summer time. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends for the above reasons.

Best thing was location
location, generally good room size, location
It was so-so. Rooms were like a standard 3-star hotel, but quite spacious. Staff weren't the friendliest, so don;t expect much.

Nice location
Nice location, quiet and good looking area.
Nice location, quiet and good looking area. House was beuatiful. Room was nicely decorated. Good and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was raining and I didn't have an umbrella, so I got one to borrow. Short distance from 2 underground lines. Near Kensington palace and gardens. 2 relaxing rooms: other one had tea and coffee making facilities and lot of books. Other one is computer room. Both were nicely furnished and really comfortable.
