Great location”
Took me a while to find an accommodation in QT which provided free on-site parking; within walking distance from town and was of great value! Glad to book the place in advance at a good rate. We also has a small view of the lake. Place is not the newest but is spacious and I found most of NZ accommodation to be clean and well-maintained. And they had a dishwasher! 😃

location was absolutely perfect and having cooking/heating food capacity made it a lot easier for us being an older couple. The room was large so we didn't feel closed in and we also had a small sitting area outside.

We had a few special requests and the staff could not have been more cheerful and helpful. The place was perfect for 2 couples. Loved the second bath upstairs! Nice and roomy with everything one could want. Great choice while in Queenstown.

Clean and quite”
It's beyond our expectation and it's well worthy! Lady from reception is really kind and helpful. Room is clean and well-equippied. Room has road-facing view but there are some trees outside as shield so it's all good. And it's not noisy which was my biggest concern. Location is within 10 mind walk to city town with amazing view. There are so many good things living here! :)

Disappointed- bed bugs”
We stayed 3 nights. On the morning we left we woke to a bed crawling with bed bugs. We informed reception when checking out but the usual denial, denial, denial greeted us. Fortunately I had captured one of the critters and presented this to reception. I also took photos and videos. The mattress did not show any evidence on the under side but the bed head was crawling with them and I suspect that’s where they are nesting. I hope this hotel will take this seriously and have a thorough check done on this room. Maybe consider replacing the fabric padded bed heads with wood. Exactly one week after our stay both my husband and I have developed dozens of bites. We were offered a bottle of $20 wine as compensation, not really satisfactory. We paid our money up front in good faith and at the very least some kind of discount should have been offered. I would have reviewed this hotel quite highly if it wasn’t for the bed bugs, but the one thing you don’t want in your hotel room is BED BUGS

a comfy 2 bedroom apartment near the city centre”
My sister, my elderly father and myself stayed 2 separate nights in two different 2 bedroom apartments (215 and 217). In between the two nights we went on an overnight cruise on Doubtful Sound and the staff looked after our suitcases very well. The view from 217 is far superior as it is on the end of the building and the extra windows make that apartment lighter, brighter and more welcoming. The location of the apartments is excellent with only a pleasant 10 minute walk into the centre of Queenstown (although it is quite steep). The 2 bedroom apartments are quite well appointed, although the TV in 217 is very small (due to its placement). But since we rarely watched the TV it was not a major issue. There were some maintenance issues with the kitchen cupboards and fridge, but these are caused due to poor design rather than poor cleaning. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about Queenstown. Overall an excellent place to stay and I would recommend it.

A gem in Queenstown”
During our week long stay at the Garden Court Suites, we repeatedly commented amongst our group as to the value of the establishment. We were constantly pleased with the efficiency and courtesy of both the front office & cleaning staff. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, many with mountain & lake views. A short walking distance to the town centre also makes access a breeze. Very happy with all aspects big our stay & will be returning again next year...

Lovely Staff, Great location, Beautiful apartment ”
We had a fantastic time and the Garden Courts apartments were in a great location. OUr room was cleaned each day,the staff couldn't be more helpful. We had a beautiful view. The apartment was actually better than the pictures. We did not feel we needed anything more. I would be more than happy to stay in the exact room again.

Good location”
I enjoyed my 1 week stay here during the ski season in Queenstown. The hotel itself has several styles of rooms, I stayed in the studio apartment, and there was enough space for me to have all my ski kit. You may want a bigger room if more than one. Warm water always available, comfortable bed, cleaned daily by staff with a warm smile. For skiing, the hotel is on the bus route to the Remarkables ski field with a pick up and drop off right outside. Just tell the drivers where to drop you off (marked as "Millenium" on the bus route - the hotel opposite). For visiting Queenstown itself, an easy walk down to the centre gives you access to everything you need. Some fo the walks back were a little more difficult, but that might have been due to the lateness of leaving Pog Mahone's Irish bar! Only minor gripe was the cost of wireless internet. You're better off getting a 2degrees sim card and 1GB of data for your smartphone and activating the tethering service.

Great value for money”
This was a last minute booking for me and was a bit worried as Queenstown was booked out except for this place, and was wondering why. Didn't need to be, as found this place perfect for what I wanted. Only a short walk into the main hub of town (although the walk back is steep, but was heading off to do the Routeburn, so wasn't a problem). On the main road out to Airport and there is a bus stop right out the front, which is very handy. Quite, clean and comfortable! Well worth it!

Lovely hotel in great location. ”
The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the town center but up a very steep hill. The kitchen had excellent equipment for self catering. The town center had great bars and restaurants. There is so much to do in Queenstown from ski-ing to jet boating, sightseeing and relaxing in great restaurants. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the noisy night life.

Nice hotel with good service and perfect room”
spacious and clean room with a good bed and all you can wish for. although the room was at the streetfront, we had no problem of the traffic as the room was good isolated and during the night there is nearly no traffic. queenstown is just a 10 minutes walk away via the footpath.

Excellent room though noisy”
Room located on busy street...like staying in a big city with traffic passing by well into the night. Also many stairs to get to this suite. Suitcases could be a problem for less fit individuals. ( we are in mid 60’s and mid 70’s). Room itself was fabulous and a short walk into town.

Great Location large room”
it was a lovely apartment in a very good location. enjoyed the jacuzzi. the room was at the front next to main road, was very noisy indeed and could not use patio. as we were from christchurch the rumble of traffic shook the hotel room and frightened us into thinking it was an earthquake.

We loved our two floor apartment. Everything is done by a very high standard. The apartment has an extra toilet upstairs which is very convenient. The hotel is very close to the centre but very quiet. Very friendly staff.

Large spacious room”
Booked a standard studio but lots of room for 2 people.Not sure of the room size for larger rooms.Clean,well kept.The breakfast menu looked quite expensive but we had a toaster which was fine for us.nice 10 min stroll into town center and gardens.Would recommend.
