Definitely my favourite hotel in Surabaya. It's my second time i stayed here. The first time was with my fam, and the second one for business purpose. The facilities are great, the location is really strategies. It's only 10 minutes away from Gubeng station. The staffs are humble, and absolutely worth it because the price is affordable. Thankyou. surely, i will come here again next time.

Excellent location, within walking distance to shopping mall, stores, Monkasel etc. Easy to find foods, even East Java traditional menus are available near by. Helpful staffs (we came too early but it's no problem to find us available room, the room was even upgraded). Breakfast is good and they serve many option. The hotel is getting old but it is well maintained, and also very clean. Room is spacious.

It was a nice stay”
we spend 4 nights in here when we had some things to do in town, and in overall it was a nice stay. The hotel design is contemporary, the room is upgraded to match modern style, but shower room still look old. The breakfast menu is good altough the variety is mostly the same day by day. A bit recommendation to try the prawn dimsum, they're big and taste good. Hotel staff is friendly with warmest regard altough because of the pandemic only limited people working now. Speaking for location it was across Alun-Alun as it's in the middle of the town so it's easy to go anywhere. Yes, there still room for improvement to raise guest satisfaction but the way I see it mostly the cause as the result from the pandemic, they have done what they can do to survive.
