Convenient and Great Location ”
Convenient location, close to highway and built above a shopping centre where you can get variety of restaurants to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is big, clean and bed is very comfy. You need to ask for 2 entrance room cards as they only given one. Hotel lobby is located at 3rd floor. I always bring my own towel as Hotel towels kinda wear off, brownish and yellowish, maybe due to Brunei’s water conditions. Overall, great stay!

Not as expected”
I brought my baby along, and requested for a baby cot in advance. Upon check in, the staff told me it will charged me an extra of bnd33/cot, not mentioning only if above 2years old.. During midnight, once i check my email, the hotel did mention if my kid is under 2, there will be no charge, with a colourful heart i replied, if so, kindly send the soonest, they replied will send the soonest. Few minutes later they called our room saying the baby cot was out of stock.. too bad i cant give a good review. Apologize for being honest.

It would be better if there's connecting room available in this hotel... I'm a family of 5 pax so the hotel wants me to book 2 rooms but they don't have a connecting room in their hotel..i ended up having 2 rooms away for my kids.

Pros: - clean room - nice overlooking city view - connected to mall - nice pool (good for beginners, 1.2m depth) - pretty decent breakfast cons - need to improve on service. been asked 5 times (twice thru phone & 3 times face-to-face) for room towels from the front desk but was not entertained. - room keys occasionally not working. - check-in/check out process took a while.

1st day of check in, there is no one to help us with our luggages and need to carry it to our hotel room by ourself. Even the receptionist didn't bother to help. Rooms are not like in the website. Booked two rooms and one of it with no chair at all. The sink tap wrongly labelled and nearly burnt my skin. The elevator is quite dissapointing. Too slow and scary. One of my family member got stuck in it. For the access key/ room keys, if you stayed at level 5, you can't go down to level 4 where the gym and the swimming pool are located. Need to go to the lobby to get the access card. For the breakfast, on the website, it says that the buffet starts at 6am til 10am but we're told during check in that the buffet only starts at 8am. To my surprise, this is my first time seeing the staffs also joining and eating during buffet time with the customers. Even the foods are not refill until we ask them few times to refill. The salads are spoiled and the pastry not fully cook. It's RAW!

Old towels provided. Receptionist told us before check in, if any item missing, we will be charged. When we check the room a few items were already missing. During check out, they make us wait while they check the room for anything missing. Felt offended. Making us feel like thief..
