Cool soccer-themed room!”
This was great value for money. The communication with the staff was excellent. The soccer room has fun decorations. There is a huge window with a vast view. It did smell a bit of smoke when coming inside, so obviously one of the previous guests smoked here which is prohibited. Maybe wait a couple of weeks before booking the soccer room, but go ahead and book another. I can recommend the Garden Studio. My kids had fun following the "check-in instructions". We handled it like a little treasure hunt, showed them the photos we were sent and they had to find the key and then the apartment. They really enjoyed that. Any requests I had were taken care of immediately. Since I didn't like the smell they even offered us another apartment, that was very kind. Coming to KL I would stay here again, my little ones liked it a lot as well.

Like the place with all the conveniences for family. Can travel to shopping mall nearby besides what available in Scott Garden. Very good swimming pool and very good for family travelling.

Easy to get car here. The duplex studio room overall is great just the toilet upstair are transparent, its not really convenience if stay with friends lol. Many restaurant downstair and nice foods nearby this area. Will back again nextime cause the studio really nice and friendly staff.

clean, neat, suitable to host a family. comfortable place with free WIFI (speed can improve though). friendly and responsive staff (esp Yvonne =) ). Going KL, you better drive for convenience going anywhere. with that in mind, you got free parking at Scott Garden too. need quick bite, below have many HK cafes. Need diapers for kids or sodas, got 7-11 and TESCO.

Great location but negative on cleanliness”
Location is the best, very near to Mid Valley, less than RM10 by Uber or Grab. Staying at the Santorini room type. Decorative and painting mostly in blue, looks great. However, the downside of the room is the cockroach and lots of ants. All these little friends start coming out while we are preparing the food for the countdown night. And, room only provides shower gel. Overall consider still ok.

safe , comfortable , near work place”
the location is perfect for me coz its only 5 min to work. amenities is easy accessible with tesco downstairs. there are also bar and restaurant downstairs if you choose to dine out. the security is attentive n alert. the only imperfection is no internet , no knife in the apartment and insufficient of toilet rolls and no tissue. this is a self run studio apartment they do not have a housekeeping available anything you need might take a day. for the price at least some basic ammenities should be available.

Getting to the place is easy, very friendly, pro and kind owner ms. evon :) beware those bumpssss!! if you driving.. room is clean simple and tv is great! We total 2 couples had very great exp and gathering on living room, and rmb this is studio house bed is 1 queen 2 single but connected back to back. i think it works better if with 2 queens :) Overall is very great exp!

Nice place and smooth conversation with the owner. Nothing was bad about the studio except the bed just a bit noisy. Overall it's a good place and nice owner. Unfortunately that Tesco below was moved, was expecting an easy shopping though.

Very Helpful staff. Credits to Yvonne. Very attentive. Booked 2 studio apartments for family attending wedding. Clean. Bulbs/ light not working was replaced immediately. Excellent instructions with collection of keys and parking.

Good - Will return”
5 adults for this trip. Our room has a private bathroom with 1 queen size bed and 1 king size bed. According to the owner, the sofa bed has spoiled, so she promptly replace a single mattress for us. Ms Yvonne is a friendly person. Check in and out procedures are easy. The room was spacious and clean with nice view. Share kitchen and living room. Modern and nice design. We had a comfortable stay. Convenient as nearby many eating places and 24 hours convenient shop. However, our room do not come with a parking lots, and we need to park our car at the basement car park which is not so convenient and it's very quiet during night time. Do not have the safe and secure feeling. We do not have time for the pool and gym. Will try the next round we return. Overall, still a very good experience.

The location is good, no so far away from Mid Valley Shopping Mall. Just a bit hard to find Block A or B or C entrance. Only 1 parking lot.

Easy check in & comfortable stay”
The check in was easy and the room is very clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic night view from our glass window. However, others tenant were quite noisy and loud. I woken up at 4am because our upstairs neighbours were chit-chatting (it is a double story apartment), this continued till 8.30am. So I would say the sound proof of the room might need improvement. Other than that, everything else is perfect.

This unit is rent for my friend to visit KL , really unexpected, the condition is exactly same as the photo published. Worth for money and also convenience with Hypermarket downstair.
