            Great place ”

            Quiet, clean, comfortable bed , big toilet, big enough room. suitable for solo or duo travelers who do not need services. Staff was present to brief guests n provided good tour n city info.

            Excellent service”

            The most remarkable thing of this hotel is the receptionist is very nice. We checked in late but she waited us til midnight and took us a room tour even it’s we were late. The room is big and clean, but the hot water stops constantly while we are bathing.

            Filippo was great and we really enjoyed our stay here. Close to everything in la Spezia and easy to get the train to cinque terre. Very clean and comfortable room.

            Fellipi, the owner, was extremely friendly and made himself available for any questions. He also offered advice for visiting Cinque Terre. The facilities only have 5 rooms I believe and they're very clean, minimalistic, and modern looking. The size of the room for the price was quite large compared to the rooms I stayed at in the same price range in Rome and Florence. Getting to the train station was maybe a 5 or so min walk and it was close to the main shopping district as well. Highly recommend this place!

            Bonjour Si vous recherchez un rapport qualité - prix sans chichi, l’adresse est la bonne, le personnel est vraiment accueillant et sympathique pour vous renseigner. La chambre rien d’extraordinaire, si vous êtes au rdc, vous entendrez les arrivants et si votre voisin de chambre ronfle, vous l’entendrez aussi ! Cependant, l’emplacement est très bien pour se promener en ville à pieds.
