The worst hotel i have stayed in”
Do not stay in this hotel, it smelt horrible, the rooms had not been cleaned. No kettle, no towels or toiletries. The photos make it look lovely but the rooms are not like the photos. Other guest fighting and partying all night they even tried to get in our room.

if i could upload photos i wouldn't need words. No curtains, damp, wallpaper peeling off, no toilet tissue,,toilet was filthy, sticky floor, marks on bedding? Beading peeling off furniture, Had to ring hotel from rhe reception to ask someone to come, as we had been waiting nearly 20 mins. Was told it was a premier room. The whole place us a health & safety hazard. Other guests showed me pics of their rooms too, so its not just me being fussy. I knew it wouldn't be the ritz, i wasn't paying ritz prices, but cleanliness is priority. We didn't check in, I took my cases & the children & found another room at another hotel. He said they'd not long taken over & were making improvements. Hopefully next season it will be up to standard.

It was okay but could be better”
Arrived in the evening and had to wait around the front desk for about 20mins till I could find someone. Went to room to find no towels, tea, or toiletries. Was told they were out of toiletries but could be given what some previous customers had left behind. Had to collect my own towels and tea items from reception went out came back wanting a hot tea to find out the kettle was broken. Not the most comfortable nights stay but I’ve had worse

Awful hotel and even worse staff and management!, arrived 7pm Friday night 2 single rooms booked to be told sorry we have over booked there is only one single room for you, we had been traveling all day then had to start knocking on hotel doors trying to find somewhere to stay, finally found one at an extortionate rate as had no other choice, and to add insult to injury they claimed payment for both rooms! so now I am having to fight to get my money refunded, as of now 2 weeks later still not be refunded, avoid like the plague

Basic but clean, dated … definitely somewhere just to get your head down, I was in a single room, no loo roll in the bathroom, which had a curtain as a door. The room could also do with a mirror in it to and not just the one on the medicine cabinet.

- the hotel is located in front of beach which is very good. - there is not sound proof at all .. cars noise on the street is clearly heard.

The room is tiny approx 8ft by 7ft really old carpet tiny shower room this room was not on the pictures on agoda. offered an upgrade for a sea view room that would of took the price over 100 pounds for 2 nights. Just be careful the room you get shown on the booking won't be the room you get

Very had hotel, not safe at all. Shower have not clean for years. Please don't even try to stay at this hotel please. Is so bad, we do not even have a shower. Smoking alarms goes off 2pm and no fire. Every body run away.
