- The images on the web is misleading especially when the description on hotel's own website shown as 'recently renovated'. - Check in time is 2 pm, yet at 3 pm one of the room is still not ready for guests to check in (our group booked for 2 rooms). - The air con in one of the rooms (Room. 503) is not working, no cool breeze only air out, we informed the staff, a handyman came for 20 mins to fix it, but the problem cannot be resolved. As we were to tired with a little child was already asleep we didn't make a second call. + Lucky we only booked for 1 night.

A Night Stay At GDH ”
Hello. I stayed at the hotel for a night as I only had a day's halt in Hong Kong. I was very very happy with the location. The rooms were clean too. Helpful staff as well. Just a few points I think I should suggest to you guys: 1. There is very less seating area in the hotel lobby. I had arrived earlier to my check-in time and I would have loved to sit and wait for an hour or so. Though I had great time exploring Tsim Sha Tsui. 2. It would be absolutely great if your hotel could tie up with some city yours for tourists. As I only has a day, I wanted to explore as much as possible so I hired a tour from another hotel a few minutes away from GDH. It was recommended to me by one of your receptionists. Though I ended up having a great time, it would be easier for tourists if this facility was provided. Overall, I had a great time at the hotel and the location is just PERFECT!
