Best part of our Vietnam trip”
All of the GEM Riverside was perfect. The Vietnamese people are known to always be friendly and helpful BUT the staff of the Gem Riverside has topped everything. Everybody was very attentive to help they guest with good advice around food, markets, booking services etc.! The breakfast is huge, delicious and with diversity. The modern rooms and the pool were always absolutely clean and the hotel is very calmly located near the old town. Within 10 minutes by walk you reach the insane old town of HOI AN which is historical and a MUST SEE during your time in Vietnam. The hotel offers bicycles for free and also a free shuttle bus to the beach. ( 3 minutes to the old town by bicycle ). There was nothing negative to mention, we extended our stay for 4 more nights and still didn’t want to leave the hotel & Hoi an. We’re always felt comfortable with the lovely staff, which gives you a “homecoming feeling”. We would always recommend the gem riverside. (Greetings to Yummy,Haley and Maya)!

Exceptional service ”
This superb hotel is well renown for its exceptional service and great location. The front house manager, Yummy and her team of reception ladies, Lili, Maya and Haley are incredibly helpful, friendly and fully dedicated to ensuring that the guests totally enjoy their stay. They took great care of my elderly father, while at the same time ensuring that my new wife and I enjoyed our honeymoon in Hoi An. The restaurant staff were very polite and attentive. The included breakfast was very enjoyable. A very clean, well maintained establishment and highly recommended. Thanks to you all again for such a memorable visit. We look forward to seeing you again.

Excellent hotel”
Hotel staffs were delighted to help and assist us, and friendly as well. When we first arrived someone was right there to help us with our luggages, and provided us with something to drink while we were in the middle of checking in. Another instances was early in the morning when we needed bikes to ride to church. The staffs were there and had the bike ready for us by 4:45am. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel areas around the pool were kept in clean condition. Over all great hotel and very friendly staffs willing to help and the room we stayed in were nice and spacious.

We got treated like royalty from the second we walked in. The staff speak amazing English. The service is amazing. Hotel is 8 months old but still looks brand new. Perfect location. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The proce is so worth it. Shoutout to the hotel manager yummy who called local travel agents and booked us our flight from hoi an to ho chi Minh. We were able to pay through the hotel also which made it feel extra secure. Customer relations lucky is a gem and is so funny. The staff go out of their way to make everything perfect. If you want an amazing stay with amazing staff in a perfect area (ten min walk to markets) just far enough away that you have peace and quiet this place is perfect. We were a group of 4 . We could have booked another week if we hadn't got our flight leaving Vietnam prebooked. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Vietnam just to stay here for a week or 2

From the moment that we arrived to the moment that we left, we were very well taken care of. The staff was incredibly thoughtful, diligent, friendly and helpful. The rooms were big clean and comfortable. The pool and the surrounding grounds were immaculate. The restaurant and room service was delicious prompt and reasonably priced. Lastly, the location was great. Every room has a pool and river view, the street is quiet and its super close to the ancient city. I highly recommend Riverside Gem.

The hotel was build in 2018 with beautiful contemporary design. It is super clean. The staff really know how to run the business. The best part for me is the hotel provide free bicycle that I can use to check out the beauty of Hoi An countryside . It is a two thumb up for me. Definitely will stay here if coming back to Hoi An in the future.

Really enjoyed our three nights here - staff were super helpful and great with recommendations. Rooms were a great size, bed was bigger than my house and very comfortable. Pool also lovely and relaxing - great place to come back to after a day in Hoi An. 10 minute walk into the town so well placed. Great times all round.

Great staff that really made you feel at home. Hotel is new and well kept, we stayed over new years and had a great time. Location is just away from the crowds so you have the best of both worlds. Staff is what makes this hotel, never saw any staff member not smilling, always greeted with a warm smile and a hug even. Maya and Yummy were fantastic and a credit to the hotel. Thank you

Wow! Best front desk staff we have encountered in all our travelling. Yummi, and her staff Maya, Lili, Haley were awesome. The hotel facilities were very clean and well maintained. Our interconnected rooms were perfect for family. The location is very close to the action of Hoi An but far enough away for peace and quiet. Breakfasts were well prepared with good variety and some occasional nice surprises like fresh rambutans! Great having the bikes to ride, free shuttle to An Bang beach and gym/pool. Thanks for a fun time.

I booked this hotel with caution but was extremely pleased with our stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated with absolute care. I loved the personal touch on our arrival, and the kindness to be upgraded. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient - a 5 minute walk into town. The free bicycles were in excellent condition. There was a laundromat next door. All staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful. As I said I had my doubts about this hotel but would definitely recommend it. to all.

I stayed here 2 times, 2021 and 2022. - Staff are super helful and friendly. - Rooms are spacious, and clean. - Nice hotel with a small pool. - They have bicycles for free. - There’s this unpleasant smell everytime I check in (when you have the room closed for too long), but staff can fix it with aroma oil. - It could be noisy when other guests use the pool and laugh/talk, esp. children.

The staff were so helpful and went out their way to help us with anything they could. We traveled with a one year old and they accommodated him very well and helped us out with washing his plates, cutlery etc Location is a short walk from the main town and on a side street opposite the river. Would recommend and definitely stay here again

First of all, I wanna say thank you so much to the Gem team. My friends and I had a perfect time in Hoian. The staff here were so caring and helpful at all the time. I like the outside bathroom with beautiful bathtub, I can lie in that all day if I habe a chance. If anyone asks me where to stay at Hoian, I will recommend Gem as quick as I can haha.
