We would never stay here again. The pumping noise from the nightclubs around the area that went till 4am every morning was beyond belief and disturb us all to the point that we bough ear plugs to try and get some sleep. Then add that after 7 nights of staying there we had to request that the room be clean as there was NOT done till then. No water everyday and no room cleaned. Our next complaint was that the staff were not interested in controlling the guests and it was ok for them to be in the pool drinking and partying till very late. AND the last issue was the hot water - after changing rooms the first time as we had no hot water in either of our 2 rooms we ended up with one of our rooms with hot water and the other one we gave up on after the 2nd call out to have it fix. Will never stay here again and could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Initially booked 2 rooms for a family of 8+1. But it turns out that my mom's friend joined the vacation also. I paid both rooms in cash upon my arrival from Singapore. My family arrived later in the evening from Philippines. Different staff ask me to pay again. There is no communication among staff in this matter. I agreed on paying the additional person staying in the room but upon seeing the pronted receipt from agoda, 1 room can accomodate 5+1. 2 consecutive days they've been bugging me on this when it clearly states that room can board 1 more person. Told them that i will just pull out the remaining 3 days. Paying is not an issue, however i felt like it is not right to ask us to pay just because they said they can only hold 4+1 in one room, but since i booked through agoda then i will follow what agoda says that it is 5+1. The staff called the boss on the telephone and ask us to stay for the remaining days. Second, site did not state that the family room is located in the old 2 story house that smells like old wood. Can't contain the smell anymore that we had to buy airfresheners. Third, one of the rooms toilet drainage is choke. Tod the staff on the second day but unti we are about to eave nobody fixed or offered to move in a different room. When we went to the pool we asked for towels and said they do not provide towels for swimming. Been to Bali alot of times and this is the only hotel i wouldnt recommend. If not for the family room with good location i wouldnt book this.

Dirty and noisy”
Dirty room. Very noisy guests with front desk staff not telling them to shut up when drinking and shouting at 3am. Location is central if you are into parties. Good food across the street. Everything else was lame. Will not go back.

Not good service at all”
I booked a one bedroom . It was not available when I arrived. Than they said they’ll make it possible somehow. I forgot my passport so I had to come back for check in. I filled out a form already. So I came back and they said they are fully booked. But I paid already for the room. They said i just have to bring the passport. So .. i as waiting for 30 minutes to get a room.. after we checked out again and I was calling 3 times because my boyfriend forgot his cap. They were not able to help us. Whatever .. not again ! Thanks for the service anyway..

Tempatnya bagus, bersih, sesuai harganya buat backpacker, staff nya ramah, lokasi strategis di kuta. Kekurangan nya agak bising karena deket bar, but Saya rekomendasikan buat para backpacker harga murah worth it.

Saya menginap 3orang dalam satu kamar dikenakan service charge Rp 100.000 (include sarapan) tapi saat pagi saya mau sarapan staf cafe bilang hanya 2orang yang tertulis jadi sampai hari terakhir saya menginap saya tidak dapat sarapan, dan staf yang sebelumnya tidak berkordinasi dengan staf shifting lainnya. Jalan masuk pun sangat sempit tidak rekomen untuk membawa mobil. Sikat gigi dan shower cap harus beli lagi. Sangan Tidak Vagus hotel ini. Staff kurang koordinasih, sangat parah pelayanannya.

Saya booking room yg akses ke kolam renang, tp sayang..tdk ada sikat gigi dan ketel pemanas air minum...utk keset kamar mandi dan air mineral harus minta dulu, tapi sesuai budged..semua umumnya bagus, hotelnya bersih (sepertinya baru renovasi), staffnya ramah, didepannya ada restoran halal, dan bagi yg suka hiburan malam Bali..maka hotel ini bagus jd pilihan (300m dari Tugu Bom Bali) dan 10 menit jl kaki ke BeachWalk dan pantai Kuta...
