Ok really very budget but ok for very short term”
Not sure why people say its close to airport, its MILES AWAY. There would be heaps of better hotels close to airport. The room is ok, the bed is like sleeping on concrete. There's no tea and coffee making facilities in your room, everything is in the lobby so if you want a cuppa, you have to leave your room and go to the reception/lobby. No face cloth or hand towel, just 2 towels. No soap, just hair shampoo to wash your hands. Air con works fine, shower works fine too. Basic accom, very cheap if you can put up with a hard bed and the above mentioned things. I wanted a non smoking room and was taken to a room reeking of someone who had smoked cigarettes in the room, eww. I insisted they found me a non smoking room , their solution was to spray the room with air freshener ? Oh boy. I needed a taxi and to be honest reception was not at all helpful, i had to drag all my luggage down to the main road and flag one myself and had just had an operation. :(

Good: Checkin and out was quick and easy. Bad: The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors talking and hear their TV. The bed is very hard. It's in the flight path of the airport so there is lots of noise as planes take off. The AC was loud. No bedside tables or lamps. Location is not great as there is nothing interesting nearby. I would not stay here again as I had a terrible night sleep the one night I did.

Spotless room, comfortable bed and friendly staff”
I stayed at Gems Park Apartment one night as a layover before flying out of Don Mueang airport. I checked in very late (1:30am) and there was a security man there who was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and no nonsense which was perfect at that late hour. The room was well appointed and very clean. A comfortable bed, clean shower with hot water and nice towels and sheets. I had just flown in from a month in India and the cleanliness was very very much appreciated. :) I checked out in the morning with no fuss. The family who runs the place was there and called a taxi for me. It was a short ride (100baht) to the airport. I definitely would stay here again if my flight plans required an overnight in Bangkok!

Excellent choice! Caring service! Warm-hearted staff. Clean and new rooms. We have never met such friendly hotel staff. They helped us in every details including touring, dining, shopping and traffic. The hotel manager is a handsome and kind boy, who even picked us up at our arrival airport and drove us to-and-fro the bus station. Our stay in this hotel made our Bangkok trip happy and much satisfied. The hotel locates near the Don Mueang airport, a bit far from the city center. But the price is absolutely worthy. I will surely come back again if there is another visit to Bangkok.

very clean hotel with very friendly people”
I took that hotel, because I had an early morning flight from Don Mueang Airport. Taxi takes about 10min - about 120 Baht. It's lokated at a very small street, away from the noise of the city. Those rooms can be booked also for long term stays. A very friendly welcome. Very fast internet for free! Everything was nice there! If you will fly or arrive at DMK airport, it's a very good place to stay! I'll come back there again!

Value for money, good for overnight layover”
We had a night layover in Bangkok and booked this hotel due to its proximity to DMK airport and its price. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was easy to locate. There were convenience stores just out on the main road. There were washing machines and dryers to do our laundry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked-out at 530am to head to the airport, there was already a cab waiting for us even though we didn't ask for it yet. Really pleased. Oh, they also have a beautiful rooftop garden worth checking out.

Perfect Stay-over for Don Mueang Transit”
The apartments' location very close to Don Mueang makes it really good for staying if you have a flight the following day. By taxi it takes 10 minutes from the airport and maybe 15 minutes to the airport (early morning, light traffic). There are restaurants and food stalls in the area and a shopping mall with Tesco. Working air-condition, hot showers and free access to tea and coffee and friendly staff are some of the pros with this hotel. Recommended.

One night stay close to DMK airport in Feb ”
Good for a short stay. Not all taxi drivers know the area. Be sure to bring a map or have the hotel address in Thai. We were charged 400baht to go there from DMK airport with 4 big luggages. But when we taxi back to DMK, the driver charged us only 150baht. 7-11 nearby. Staffs are friendly, even though they dont speak much english. Free bottled water in the room. There is AC and a balcony, but beware of moquitoes. They have elevator, but you need to go up a flight of stairs first, it was a little more difficult for us as we had big luggages. Also our rooms were on 7th fl, and the elevator only goes up to the 6th fl., so another flight of stairs. Overall it was a good stay.

Perfect place for a short stay near the airport”
If you are looking for a budget place to stay a night near Don Mueang Airport, this would be a good choice. Only 10 min by taxi and it costs only 70 baht if there is no traffic. The room is large enough, clean and comfortable. There are some local restaurants and massage places just near the hotel.

Great and comfortable budget option near DMK ”
I had a very good experience with this hotel...I arrived very early in the morning and waited in the comfortable reception area with internet for my room to be prepared, which it was quite promptly. The staff was very friendly and the room itself was a good size with a comfortable bed, and it was very clean. It was a short walk to a very tasty local restaurant, as well as to a Tesco food court and multiple 7-11s. In the morning I checked out quickly and caught a seat on their airport shuttle van to DMK, very satisfied by this cheap yet quality hotel for my one day transit through DMK.

This hotel is near Don Muang International Airport and the railway station Lak Si. It is a good choice if you are using the above-mentioned airport in Thailand. One thing I have to thank the staff. They allowed us to leave two pieces of luggage for a week before the check-in day as we were going to Chiang Mai and we didn't want to carry the unused luggage with us. We really appreciated this service.

Great for the price”
I got into BKK just before midnight, by the time I had internet access it was after midnight and of course by then it was impossible to book a room for that night. I caked my regular places but of course if you don't book in advance they always say they are full. I called this place and yes, they had a room and yes they will be waiting for me. Saved me a lot of grief as my flight from Don Mueang wasn't untill 11:00 am.
