Easy seamless check-in & out process, house & area all comfortable, location easily accessible by car (or grab), amenities were fresh & clean. Helpful staff but there are rooms for improvement in cleanliness and facilities management.”
Plus: i. Friendly and helpful staff; and ii. Convenient and seamless check-in and out with clear instructions. Minus: i. The washroom is stuffy and smelly due to poor air ventilation. Maybe a ventilation fan would help; ii. The car parking lot is located at the corner near the narrow path to the exit of the floor; iii. There are used towels found in the master bedroom and washroom; and iv. The elevators were overcrowded all the time and we have to wait 15-30 minutes for our turn. During check-out, we had to take the stairs to go down. The emergency exits were locked initially but fortunately, with the help of the staff, we were able to leave the building.

If only you don't mind driving up and down for your Genting Trip”
If you don't mind the location of the stay throughout your Genting trip, it's actually quite troublesome having to drive up and down. Luckily for me, the plan was to visit the Bee and Strawberry farm nearby. and taking the cable car up to Genting. Overall the room is exactly like what was shown in the photos. Similar to a Homestay rather than a hotel.

Well maintained, clean, new, host is very friendly and helpful, check-in was easy But, hair dryer was spoilt, and it’s very noisy outside even during late night. Other than that, everything was pretty good with what we paid. Will return again in future.

Spacious two-rooms condo. Facilities are well-equipped and cleanliness superb. It's just that the lift is fully occupied during peak time, so need a bit longer waiting time.

大体还好。冲凉房热水不热。因为是self check in.就麻烦点。干净。室内隔音不是很好。外面隔音还可以。屋主是有耐心教如何check in.
