Value for money and a great view”
The hotel stay was really awesome the view is great, the food was great, and the room is really spacious. The house keeping was done ok, because I note that one of the bedsheet that was stained with blood was not changed (by a cut from my daughter’s hand). There was something to note on the hotel, there was a lift at the end of the swimming pool that is meant for staff access only, however it just look like any other passenger lift, I took the lift and got trapped in the lift for about 20 mins before someone came and got me out. I hope the hotel will put up signs to tell other guests that it’s not for guests and only meant for staff to prevent such incident from happening again.

As usual allthough a bit spartan the rooms have everything you need and are spotlessly clean. Lovely staff. Breakfast is a bit disappointing. Especially with what is on offer for a western style cooked breakfast. Tge food is rather cold and the limited. Otherwise a great place with easy traveling connections by taxi, rail and bus

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was fast and smooth. Staffs are welcoming and my little one got a lovely soft toy as a gift which made his day! Room is spacious and clean. They have shuttle bus to Sentosa which is perfect for us. I would definitely stay again.

A perfect 👌 hotel for the everyone and a lovely honeymoon for the couples....I start with the lobby, it was so nice and spacious with restaurant and bar at the hotel lobby. The front desk hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived at around half past 1 and they let us cx in earlier. When we stepped inside the room we were happy and satisfied that they had all the hotel details in placed. We stayed for on night 🌃 and we had a good night sleep and I hope that we will be there soon but this time we had plan to stay there for atlease weeks...tq to all the hotel staff and workers in helping us with our needs. We have chosen genting hotel everytime we visiting to sg as it has spacious room for our family stay, and most importantly is they provide free shuttle bus to resort world sentosa which save us a lot of time to taking other mode of transportation

Staycay with my friend and was offered twin beds but it was 2 queen beds! Swimming pool and location were superb! There are vending machines if you are hungry or thirsty at night, the drinks vending machine is a coffee + soymilk machine! Great stay! Recommended! :D

The staffs were very friendly, the front desk officer gave me connecting room (I ordered 2 rooms), the rooms were clean and spacious (most hotels in SG with the same price, the rooms are not that spacious compares to Genting Jurong), not to mention the view from my room was so nice. And very good deal price with good facilities. Me and my family had pleasant stays.

The check in process took very long (almost 1 hour) as a lot of people were checking in on a saturday. Luckily the lobby was big and had seats for everyone, and they gave me late check out to compensate. The room was fairly spacious and clean but one bad thing was that the TV cant plug in HDMI cable. It was also quite a walk from Jurong East MRT station but fairly near to JCube.

Wonderful 12 days stay”
We had a wonderful 12 days stay at Genting Jurong. Room service was good. Thank you to Kaung, the housekeeper who diligently cleaned our room everyday, hardworking and always making sure everything is refilled. He deserves two thumbs up 👍 My two kids had an awesome time at their swimming pool! There was even a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, self service type. $10 per wash of 30 mins and $10 per dry of 45 mins. There are many eateries nearby and so near to Jurong east MRT. Highly recommended!
