Easy to find near food or restaurant 8. We get compliment breakfast with free flow drink and currypuff (we also tried nasi lemak for side dish) the currypuff is deliciousssss 9. Car park provided near to lift and reception 10. I will come again to this hotel and will regret if room is full for my upcoming booking

The staffs are very friendly, helpful and thoughtful.. The room is very nice,comfortable and very clean.. Planning to surprise my husband for his birthday here.. Whtasapp the staff about the room decoration etc.. They are very helpful and we really love tge decorations.. I've asked for a minimal deco but what the staffs did was very outstanding.. This resort is great, quiet and clean, saw they are changing bedsheet, pillow cover and comforter cover after others check out..this is good compare to others 5 star hotel only change pillow cover. Or just bedsheet cover . Room is spacious . But have an issue for bathroom door can’t lock. Overall is nice to stay.

Good value for money and spacious”
We got 2 rooms, connected. Room 103 & 104. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable for our family stay cation. Look for signboard "GVR Hotel Kempas", next to small waterfall. Staff is friendly. Swimming pool is nice. Didn't get to try other facilities. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I love this place so much as it is a newly renovated building. Location is strategically located near commercial area in Genting Permai. Very friendly staff. The only minor setback is to improve the breakfast as they only serve one dish oer day. No other option available.

The thing that i love the most abt this hotel is their staff. Friendly staff makes your stay a bit memorable. At reception, the payment/ check in/out was smooth. They got coffee and tea maker provided in case you need to wait. They also follow covid 19 sop closely. Our room is located at low floor but view is considered nice. Its so spacious and kid friendly space inside the room. Wifi connection is superb and tv got basic channel. I hv problem handling the tv but their staff is kind enough to come down to help me. Got toiletries but please bring ur own toothbrush/paste. They didnt have hair dryer but they have fridge , safety box,keetle and iron +board. Too bad we came when the pool wasnt ready yet and there was construction going on, but it wont disturb ur sleep since the soundproofing is superb. Aircond is okay and the water pressure is also okay. The bed is veryyy comfy. Also Got plenty of eateries nearby so u dont hv to worry abt getting ur stomach fill in. The groceries store is also very nearby. There were some hygienic issue, but im not a fussy persom so its acceptable.

Nice weekend getaway stay. Spacious room. Clean and all room facilities functioned well. Iron and hair dryer already provided in the room. Even the parking were easy to find until midnight. The only cons is that some floor isn't at the same floor of the elevator. If u brought big luggage..good luck with climbing some stairs with the luggage.

Exceeded our expectations!”
To be honest, we had low expectations since we know this is an old apartment block turned hotel. However, upon arrival we saw that the revamped block was very clean and the room and corridors were tastefully designed. Room and small reception area looked exactly as in pictures posted, not always the case nowadays lol, so we do appreciate the honesty. Staff was friendly and efficient, and free coffee machine to use there. RM100 refundable deposit, extra charges for late checkouts, but they did extend ours to 12.15pm for free. Free breakfast very simple and so so. 10 minutes drive to GPO, restaurants 2 minutes drive away. Room with balcony and twin beds and sofa clean and spacious. 4+2 pillows, hot shower, AC and fans, small fridge, kettle, safe box, 2 slippers. Very safe place with security post at entrance, and access card to access all doors. Only cons are useless WiFi (we brought my own router luckily) and poor reception for the few TV channels on offer. Overall it was a great and peaceful stay and we will return soon. Btw, Genting View Resort is also the old Kempas Apartment, use your GPS for easy find.

Room is newly upgraded and clean. Air circulation is good with air cond. Large TV screen, good for Netflix movies if you have a Netflix account, just login directly to the TV. Ala carte American breakfast as add-on to be paid extra at reasonable price. Area of improvement will be the washroom tiles need to be bleached more frequent as the yellow stain create discomfort.

Overall I would give 5 stars. Room: clean, spacious, bed is big also, with fan and air cond, bathroom is clean and water pressure is good, new flat TV that provide USB head, can download a movie and play in room at night because TV Chanel can’t receive signal well. Breakfast: Very good, plating is very nice and portion is good for individual. I have a plate of toasted garlic bread and very yummy Nasi Lemak. Car Park: just next to the corridor. Easy access and free parking. Facility: due to the building still under renovation and construction, there’s no facilities if you look for swimming pool all those. But, they have maintain a very nice garden. A good morning walk in the garden is very refreshing. Extra point: reception is friendly and helpful. Hope the reception can stay there to serve. Location: it’s surrounding by forest. At night is very cooling.
