Poor Breakfast choices, facilities old, no basic refrigerator /or kettle to have hot water, making tea or coffee. you are expect to paid. the porters looking for 100 inr ,each times. sorry it is disappointed, except reception staff are goods.

Got 3 hours extra to check out.
I entered this hotel thinking about their rating of 4-Star and was disappointed. The room allocated to me had running water, leaking taps which made my night miserable. Next day got my room changed which had good mosquitoes to spoil me next night also. Food and Service is OK. Bathrooms have no toiletries, had to call for soap. No hand towels. Hot water supply thru small 5 ltr geyser hence you cannot use showers. Pillow covers not changed. Overall experience not very encouraging.

Best of all rooms I have stayed at in India, yummy breakfast, fast internet.
Pleasant stay, very comfortable room, clean and spacious, nice bathroom and breakfasts you would look forward to.

Worst experience. The hotel is hard to find, down a small alleyway away from a main road. We arrived at 2 in the morning after 24 hours of traveling, checked in, and went straight to sleep. In the morning, we woke up and took a look at our room. the walls were dirty, the mirror wasn't even wiped off, dust all over, and it looked like the floors had never been cleaned. That was strike one, but we figured it would be okay because we didn't intend to stay in the hotel much. So we took a shower. There was no hot water. and the towels were obviously dirty and had stuff on them, it looked like someone used them to wipe something up then just folded up and put them on the shelf. It was disgusting. Breakfast was a little buffet of Indian food. We weren't happy with the hotel so we checked out 8 hours after we checked in and asked for our money back for the next night we were supposed to stay but they would not, they ignored our other complaints and offered to exchange our towels. Needless to say, we left. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I feel nothing.
Most of the staff were not friendly. Food was not good. It was the worst hotel which I have visited in this year. Bad location. Comparatively expansive with the facilities. I will not go there again.

I am pleasure,and hope so to go again,but this hotel needed suinboard light out side in main street to show exactlly the location.
